Achievements in selection of paternal lines of Plymouth Rock breed of broiler crosses of the Selection and Genetic Center "Smena" | Достижения в селекции отцовских линий породы плимутрок бройлерных кроссов Селекционно-генетического центра "Смена"

The purpose of the research is to determine the achievement in the selection of paternal lines of the Plymouth Rock broiler cross breed bred at the Genetic Selection Centre "Smena" and their impact on the performance of maternal parental forms. The work was carried out at the Genetic Selection Centre "Smena" situated in the Moscow Region. 6432 chickens from 30 pedigree pens are selected for breeding in the paternal line of the Plymouth Rock breed. It was found that in the process of targeted selection, a superiority in live weight of young animals was obtained in 7 days of line SM7 ("Smena 9") compared to line B7 ("Smena 8") in the range of 2.5−3.1% compared to line G7 ("Smena 7") − 13.9−18.3%. Chickens at 35-days age had the same pattern as to superiority of live weight: SM7 line to B7 line − 8.8−9.5%, SM7 to G7 − 28.6−27.0%; breast fleshing − 2.0−2.8% (SM7 to B7), 5.5−5.0% (SM7 to G7); leg fleshing − 1.8−1.4, 4.2−6.5% according to the compared pairs of lines. In terms of feed conversion, positive results of direct and indirect selection were expressed at the level of 1.8−1.2%; 3.6−3.5%, respectively. Egg-laying capacity increased by 0.2, 0.7% in 60 weeks of life; hatching eggs yield − by 1.4, 2.1%; hatching of chickens − 1.1, 1.7%; yield of chickens per egg-laying bird − by 3.2, 5.3%. The advantage of autosexing maternal parent form (MPF) SM79 over MRF G78 and B79 in terms of egg-laying capacity − by 2.7 and 0.9%; yield of hatching eggs − by 1.2 and 0.6%; hatching of chickens −0.4 and 0.2%; the yield of chickens per egg-laying bird − by 4.4 and 1.7%, according to MPF pairs.

Цель исследований – определение достижения в селекции отцовских линий породы бройлерных кроссов плимутрок Селекционно-генетического центра "Смена" и их влияние на продуктивность материнских родительских форм. Работа проведена в Селекционно-генетическом центре "Смена" Московской области. В отцовской линии породы плимутрок на выращивание принято цыплят 6432 голов от 30 селекционных гнезд. Установлено, что в процессе целенаправленной селекции получено превосходство по живой массе молодняка в 7 дней линии СМ7 ("Смена 9") по сравнению с линией Б7 ("Смена 8") в пределах 2,5−3,1% по сравнению с линией Г7 ("Смена 7") − 13,9−18,3%. Цыплята в 35-дневном возрасте имели такую же закономерность по превосходству живой массы: линия СМ7 к линии Б7 − 8,8−9,5%, СМ7 к Г7 − 28,6−27,0%; обмускуленности груди − 2,0−2,8% (СМ7 к Б7), 5,5−5,0% (СМ7 к Г7); обмускуленности ног − 1,8−1,4, 4,2−6,5% соответственно сравниваемым парам линий. По конверсии корма выразилась положительная результативность прямой и косвенной селекции на уровне 1,8−1,2%; 3,6−3,5% соответственно. Яйценоскость кур за 60 недель жизни увеличилась на 0,2; 0,7%; выход инкубационных яиц – на 1,4; 2,1%; вывод цыплят − на 1,1; 1,7%; выход цыплят на 1 несушку − на 3,2; 5,3%. Преимущество аутосексной материнской родительской формы (МРФ) СМ79 над МРФ Г78 и Б79 по яйценоскости − на 2,7 и 0,9%; по выходу инкубационных яиц − на 1,2 и 0,6%; выводу цыплят − на 0,4 и 0,2%; выходу цыплят от 1 несушки – на 4,4 и 1,7% соответственно парам МРФ.
