Changes in cicatricial digestion in Holstein and Ayrshire heifers with age, depending on the incidence in the first month after birth | Изменение рубцового пищеварения у телок голштинской и айрширской пород с возрастом в зависимости от заболеваемости в первый месяц после рождения

英语. The aim of the research was to determine changes in the composition of ruminal fluid with age in of Holstein and Ayrshire heifers, depending on the incidence in the first month after birth. To conduct research, 4 groups were formed from heifers at the age of 6 months, 3 heads in each: I group – Holstein breed (control), II group – Ayrshire breed (control), that were not ill in the first month after birth, III group – Holstein breed (experimental), IV – Holstein breed (experimental), that suffered from various diseases in the first month after birth. It was found out that with age, the concentration of pH hydrogen ions in the ruminal fluid decreased in heifers, the proportion of acetic acid in the structure of the volatile fatty acids (VFA) increased, while the proportion of propionic and butyric acids decreased. For the period from 6 to 16 months the number of ciliates increased in healthy Holstein heifers by 144.19 thousand/mL (102.7%), in Ayrshire heifers – by 151.8 thousand/mL (103.3%), in those who recovered, respectively, by 135 thousand/mL (101.6%) and 115.75 thousand/mL (81.2%), the number of bacteria in those who were not ill increased by 19.18 billion/mL (129.6%) and 19.68 billion/mL (123.3%), the number of those who were ill increased by 18.7 billion/mL (136.0%) and 18.82 billion/mL (126.0%). These changes with the age of heifers are probably due to the fact that the body of animals that had a disease fight against the developmental lag in organs and tissues caused by the consequences of the disease, but it is not possible to completely neutralize the difference compared with those that were not ill. At the end of the growing period, the heifers that had been ill in the first month of life had a lower pH level in the rumen, which indicates a higher titrated acidity. This, in turn, caused a lower content of microorganisms in the ruminal fluid, deterioration in protein metabolism, a decrease in total nitrogen and its components in the rumen and, as a result, a decrease in the growth rate.

俄语. Цель исследований – определить изменения состава рубцовой жидкости с возрастом у телок голштинской и айрширской пород в зависимости от заболеваемости в первый месяц после рождения. Для проведения исследований из телок в возрасте 6 месяцев были сформированы четыре группы, по 3 головы в каждой: I гр. – голштинская порода (контрольная), II гр. – айрширская порода (контрольная), не болевшие в первый месяц после рождения, III гр. – голштинская порода (опытная), IV – айрширская порода (опытная), переболевшие различными болезнями в первый месяц после рождения. Установлено, что с возрастом у телок снижалась концентрация ионов водорода рН в рубцовой жидкости, в структуре летучих жирных кислот (ЛЖК) увеличивалась доля уксусной кислоты, но снижалась доля пропионовой и масляной кислот. За период с 6 до 16 мес. количество инфузорий увеличилось у не болевших телок голштинской породы на 144,19 тыс./мл (102,7%), айрширской – на 151,80 тыс./мл (103,3%), у переболевших, соответственно на 135,0 тыс./мл (101,6%) и 115,75 тыс./мл (81,2%), количество бактерий у не болевших на 19,18 млрд/мл (129,6%) и 19,68 млрд/мл (123,3%), у переболевших – на 18,70 млрд/мл (136,0%) и 18,82 млрд/мл (126,0%). Данные изменения с возрастом телок обусловлены, вероятно, тем, что организм переболевших животных борется с отставанием в развитии органов и тканей, вызванных последствиями болезни, но нивелировать полностью разницу, по сравнению с не болевшими, ему не удается. В конце периода выращивания у телок, переболевших в первый месяц жизни, в рубце была ниже рН, что свидетельствует о более высокой титруемой кислотности. Это, в свою очередь, стало причиной более низкого содержания в рубцовой жидкости микроорганизмов, ухудшения белкового обмена, снижения содержания общего азота и его составляющих в рубце и, как следствие, снижения интенсивности роста телок.
