Microbiological data of tomato puree from a tomato crop grown using ascorbic acid in C vitamin ampoule.

As a result of microbiological research methods, it was found that the content of canned tomato puree before and after sterilization was positive in terms of the total number of microbes. The specified food product complies with the requirements of the legislation of the European Union and Georgia in the direction of safe nutrition of the population. The total number of microbes was almost zero. The research results made it possible to determine the temperature regime. Tab. 2, Ref. 6.
