It has been established that suspensions of meal in an aqueous-alkaline medium are dispersion unstable heterogeneous systems, changing the composition of the solid phase depending on the intensity of hydrodynamic processing processes. Changing the particle size distribution by wet grinding meal suspensions is one of the ways to increase the yield of protein concentrate. Fig. 1, Ref. 2.
