Plano de negócios para abertura de um espaço multissensorial | Business plan for opening a multisensory space

Recentemente, a palavra empreendedorismo tem dado que falar. Talvez a razão esteja associada à atual conjuntura económica que se vive em Portugal, levando a que grande parte da população, vendo os seus postos de trabalho findarem, queiram por em prática algumas das suas ideias de negócio para com isso obterem uma fonte de rendimento e assim concretizarem alguns dos seus sonhos. Cada uma destas pessoas, ou melhor, cada um destes potenciais empreendedores, veem as suas ideias como as melhores e as mais prioritárias de todas. No entanto, é essencial que a ideia seja bem definida e bem apresentada, de modo a poder receber uma avaliação final baseada no seu verdadeiro potencial. Assim, a melhor solução para um bom entendimento da ideia e do seu risco associado, é a elaboração de um Plano de Negócios, no qual o potencial empreendedor deverá focar-se nas linhas essenciais do negócio proposto, devendo ser elaborado de uma forma simples e objetiva mas bem estruturada, para que de forma clara seja possível entender qual a estratégia que se pretende implementar, porque num mercado cada vez mais competitivo a aposta tem que ser assente em linhas estratégicas orientadoras. Baseado neste contexto, o presente trabalho permite apresentar uma proposta de valor referente à abertura de um espaço multissensorial inserindo num dos dez produtos turísticos estratégicos do Plano Estratégico Nacional do Turismo, neste caso “Saúde e Bem-Estar”, cujo conceito se baseia nas propriedades benéficas das Plantas Aromáticas e Medicinais (PAM).

Recently, the word entrepreneurship has been spoken. The reason may be linked to the current economic situation in Portugal, which can lead to a high percentage of the population, seeing their jobs ending, wanting to put into practice some of their business ideas, so they can obtain a source of income and thus realize some of their dreams. Each one of these people, or better, these potential entrepreneurs, see their ideas as the best ones and with the highest priority. However, it is essential that the idea is well defined and well presented, in order to receive a final evaluation based on their true potential. Thus, the best solution for a good understanding of the idea and its associated risk is the development of a Business Plan, in which the potential entrepreneur should focus on the essential lines of the proposed business and which must be organized in a simple and objective way but also well structured, so it can show clearly which strategy to implement, because in a growing competitive market the bet has to be based on strategic guidelines. Based on this context, this work allows to present a value proposition involving the opening of a multisensory space inserted in the ten strategic tourism products of the National Strategic Plan for Tourism, in this case Health and Wellness, whose concept is based on the beneficial properties of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (MAP).
