Annually a considerable quantity of agricultural residuals takes place, but only a part of this, it is taken advantage of directly for the feeding, leaving a great quantity of waste, which become a potential of environmental contamination. The use of these residuals like half efficient of rational nutriments recycle, by means of their transformation in organic manures it helps to the plants´ growth and it contributes to improve or maintain many properties of the soil. The benefits of the use of organic manures as the Bocashi, are broadly well-known at world level, although the scientific literature isn�??t precise on nutritional contained and is not made reference to the existent microbial in these materials. The present bibliographical revision it summarizes some aspects related with the employment of the organic manures, making special emphasis in the development and production of the manures fermented type Bocashi and it�??s used in the agriculture.

Anualmente se produce una cantidad considerable de residuos agrícolas, pero solo una cierta parte de esta es aprovechada directamente para la alimentación, dejando una gran cantidad de desechos, los cuales se convierten en un potencial de contaminación ambiental. El aprovechamiento de estos residuos como medio eficiente de reciclaje racional de nutrimentos, mediante su transformación en abonos orgánicos, ayuda al crecimiento de las plantas y contribuye a mejorar o mantener muchas propiedades del suelo. Los beneficios del uso de enmiendas orgánicas como el Bocashi, son ampliamente conocidos a nivel mundial, aunque la literatura científica es poco precisa sobre contenidos nutricionales y prácticamente no se hace referencia a la carga microbial existente en estos materiales. La presente revisión bibliográfica resume algunos aspectos relacionados con el empleo de los abonos orgánicos, haciendo especial énfasis en el desarrollo y fabricación del abono fermentado tipo Bocashi y su empleo en la agricultura.
