En el contexto de la pandemia COVID-19, enfermedad infecciosa vinculada al deterioro ambiental, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la política pública ecuatorianas en razón del cambio climático como garantía del derecho humano a un ambiente sano, a través de una investigación de tipo documental basada en la teoría conductista de políticas públicas. Se utiliza el método deductivo y la técnica de análisis documental. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, an infectious disease linked to environmental deterioration, this article analyzes the Ecuadorian public policies on climate change as a guarantee of the human right to a healthy environment, through documentary research based on the behaviorist theory of public policies. The deductive method and the documentary analysis technique were used.
