Competitiveness generally characterises the relative advantages in the market according to various quantitative and qualitative criteria and ultimately affects the development of its market conditions and the overall food supply of the population. Therefore, the study of competitiveness in the horticultural market in terms of production and sales volumes, prices, quality, and pomological varieties is quite important. The establishment of relative indicators of competitive advantages in the fruit and berry market determines favourable positions by various operators of economic relations. The purpose of the study consists in determining competitiveness in the fruit and berry market using relative indicators for comparing preferences in terms of the volume of the supply of fruits and berries by different categories of farms, prices, and pomological varieties. The research was guided by methodological approaches to determining the competitiveness of agricultural products in the Ukrainian agricultural market. At the same time, the following methods were used: dialectical method of cognition of market processes and a systematic approach, analytical generalisations, statistical comparison, constructive and computational, abstract and logical method. Based on comparative indicators of competitiveness of horticultural products in the Ukrainian market, the level of market competition of agricultural enterprises and households is estimated: the coefficient of market competition and the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index of market concentration. It is established that according to the first level of concentration of the industrial sector, the Ukrainian fruit market is in the low concentration group. Another indicator defined for households indicates a low concentration, high competition, a sufficient number of operators, and a weak position of each of them. In terms of fruit and berry production, Ukrainian producers are more competitive than importers. In terms of prices, agricultural producers and importers had competitive advantages. Competitive pomological varieties of fruits and berries for producers, traders, and consumers are determined based on calculations of competitive advantages and author’s study of the trade and consumer sectors. The competitiveness of various categories of farms in the horticultural market, competitive advantages in terms of production volumes, prices, and pomological varieties of fruits and berries are determined from the standpoint of the need to rationally provide the needs of the population with high-quality food products and further market development. The findings should be used in the creation of a target programme for the development of the food market for a long-term period aimed primarily at the rational provision of food products competitive in price and quality to the population of Ukraine | Конкурентоспроможність в загальному характеризує відносні переваги на ринку за різними кількісними та якісними критеріями і в кінцевому підсумку впливає на формування його кон’юнктури та в цілому продовольчого забезпечення населення. Відтак дослідження конкурентоспроможності на плодоягідному ринку за обсягами виробництва і реалізації, цінами, якістю та помологічними сортами є досить важливими. Встановлення відносних показників, що показують конкурентні переваги на ринку плодів і ягід, уможливлюють визначення вигідних позицій різними операторами економічних відносин. Мета статті полягає у визначенні конкурентоспроможності на плодоягідному ринку за допомогою відносних показників порівняння переваг за обсягами формування пропозиції плодів і ягід різними категоріями господарств, цінами, помологічними сортами. У дослідженнях керувалися методичними підходами з визначення конкурентоспроможності сільськогосподарської продукції на українському аграрному ринку. При цьому використовувалися: діалектичний метод пізнання ринкових процесів та системний підхід, аналітичних узагальнень, статистичного порівняння, конструктивно розрахунковий, абстрактно-логічний метод. На основі порівняльних показників конкурентоспроможності плодоягідної продукції на українському ринку, оцінено рівень ринкової конкуренції агроформувань та господарств населення: коефіцієнту ринкової конкуренції та індексу ринкової концентрації Герфінделя-Гіршмана. Встановлено, що відповідно до першого – за рівнем концентрації промислового сектору, український ринок плодів знаходиться у групі низькоконцентрованих. Інший показник, визначений для господарств населення, свідчить про низьку концентрацію, високу конкуренцію, достатню кількість операторів і слабку позицію окремого з них. За обсягами виробництва плодів і ягід українські виробники є більш конкурентоспроможними за імпортерів. За цінами – конкурентні переваги мали сільськогосподарські виробники та імпортери. Визначено конкурентоспроможні помологічні сорти плодів і ягід для виробників, торговців та споживачів на основі розрахунків конкурентних переваг та авторських досліджень торгівельного і споживчого секторів. Визначено конкурентоспроможність різних категорій господарств на плодоягідному ринку, конкурентні переваги за обсягами виробництва, цінами та помологічними сортами плодів і ягід з позиції необхідності раціонального забезпечення потреб населення якісними продуктами харчування та подальшого поступу ринку. Результати досліджень варто використовувати під час формування цільової програми розвитку продовольчого ринку на довгостроковий період спрямованої, насамперед, на раціональне забезпечення населення України конкурентоспроможними за ціною та якістю продуктами харчування

The strategic importance of grain as a commodity in the domestic market and the main export agricultural commodity determines the relevance of the study. Today, the problem of high-quality seed production in Ukraine has worsened, as insufficient funding for the industry, outdated material and technical base of breeding organisations, scarce royalties and lack of breeding payments threatens the development of Ukrainian seed production. The dynamic development of the industry requires a more active and balanced policy in the industry, which would include state target programmes and the development of the regulatory framework in terms of ensuring legal and transparent intellectual property rights to breeders and breeding institutions. The purpose of the article is to analyse and assess the state of seed production of winter cereals and determine the objectives of Ukrainian breeding science for 2022. The following methods were used in the research process: dialectical, systematic approach, monographic, economic-statistical, tabular, graphical, empirical, comparative analysis, abstract-logical, analytical forecasting. The state of seed production of winter cereals was studied and it was found that in Ukraine there are 583 varieties of wheat, 79 – barley, 55 – rye and 51 – triticale. Only 32% of wheat, 33.3% of triticale, 17.7% of barley and 5.5% of rye are produced. Of these, Ukrainian is only 58.3% for wheat, 47.5% for barley and 15.5% for rye; the average annual need for winter cereals in the regions of Ukraine and in the country as a whole was determined. 1.4-1.6 million tons of wheat, 122 thousand tons of barley, 36 thousand tons of rye and 10 thousand tons of triticale are needed to ensure the sowing of grain in volumes not less than the sown area; tasks for Ukrainian breeding science on the development of winter cereals for 2022 are set, which will contribute to technical and technological support of breeders and seed producers, harmonisation and adaptation of the seed industry of Ukraine to world standards, increase competitiveness and the export potential of Ukrainian seed production | Стратегічне значення зерна як товару на внутрішньому ринку та основного експортного сільськогосподарського товару визначає актуальність дослідження. На сьогодні проблема виробництва високоякісного насіння в Україні загострилася, адже недостатнє фінансування галузі, застаріла матеріальнотехнічна база селекційних організацій, мізернісь роялтних та відсутність селекційних платежів ставить під загрозу розвиток українського насінництва. Динамічний розвиток галузі вимагає більш активної та зваженої політики в галузі, яка включала б державні цільові програми та розвиток нормативно-правової бази в частині забезпечення законних та прозорих прав на інтелектуальну власність селекціонерам та селекційним установам. Мета статті – проаналізувати та надати оцінку стану насінництва озимих зернових культур й визначити завдання української селекційної науки на 2022 рік. У процесі дослідження використано такі методи: діалектичний, системний підхід, монографічний, економіко-статистичний, табличний, графічний, емпіричний, порівняльний аналіз, абстрактно-логічний, аналітичне прогнозування. Досліджено стан насінництва озимих зернових культур і виявлено, що в Україні 583 сорти пшениці, 79 – ячменю, 55 – жита та 51 – тритикале. Виробництво добазового насіння здійснюється лише по 32 % сортів пшениці, 33,3 % – тритикале, 17,7 % ячменю та 5,5 % жита. З них українське становить лише 58,3 % по пшениці, 47,5 % – по ячменю та 15,5 % – по житу; визначено середньорічну потребу в насінні озимих зернових по регіонах України та в цілому по країні. Для забезпечення посіву зернових в обсягах, не менших посівних площ необхідно 1,4-1,6 млн т. пшениці, 122 тис. т. ячменю, 36 тис. т. жита та 10 тис. т. тритикале; сформовано завдання для української селекційної науки щодо розвитку насінництва озимих зернових культур на 2022 рік, які сприятимуть техіко-технологічному забезпеченню селекціонерів та виробників насіння, гармонізації та адаптації насіннєвої галузі України до світових стандартів, підвищенню конкурентоспроможності та збільшенню експортного потенціалу українського насінництва

The growth of production efficiency in the agricultural sector of the economy is based on the use of various factors – organisational, economic, labour, material, motivational, etc. Among them, organisational and economic ones are a priority, which can also include integration relations. The mechanism of action of organisational and economic foundations of integration relations in the context of a systematic approach is rather underinvestigated, which determined the topic of research. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical, methodological, and practical foundations of building an organisational and economic mechanism of integrated structures from the standpoint of a systematic approach. The methodological basis of the study was the provisions of institutional economic theory and system analysis. Monographic, normative, graphic, abstract and logical methods and approaches to generalising results are used. The economic essence of the organisational and economic mechanism of integrated structures in the agricultural sector of the economy is determined. The essence of integrated structures and integrative formations from the standpoint of consistency is substantiated. The concepts of “integrated structure” and “cooperative” have been clarified. The interdependence of dysfunctions is determined – an integrated structure and an agricultural cooperative. The study results can be taken into account in the development of programmes: determining priorities for the development of integration and cooperative structures, developing laws and regulations for the establishment and development of cooperation and integration in the agricultural sector of the economy | Зростання ефективності виробництва в аграрному секторі економіки базується на використанні різних чинників – організаційних, економічних, трудових, матеріальних, мотиваційних та інших. Серед них пріоритетним виступають організаційні та економічні, до яких можна віднести і інтеграційні відносини. Механізм дії організаційних та економічних засад інтеграційних відносин в умовах системного підходу є недостатньо дослідженим, що і визначило тему дослідження. Мета статті – обґрунтувати теоретичні, методичні і практичні засади побудови організаційно-економічного механізму інтегрованих структур з точки зору системного підходу. За методологічну основу дослідження слугували положення інституційної економічної теорії та системний аналіз. Використано монографічний, нормативний, графічний, абстрактно-логічні методи та підходи узагальнення результатів. Визначено економічну сутність організаційно-економічного механізму інтегрованих структур в аграрному секторі економіки. Обґрунтовано сутність інтегрованих структур та інтегративних формувань з точки зору системності. Уточнено поняття «інтегрована структура» і «кооператив». Визначена взаємообумовленість дисфункцій – інтегрована структура і сільськогосподарський кооператив. Timely optimisation of accounts receivable is important for the development of business and the overall economy, because it actively contributes to reducing the “frozen” debt funds, reducing the need for additional sources of financing, and, accordingly, increases the company’s liquidity, which, in turn, improves its reputation as a reliable partner. Due to the imperfection of the financial system and the unpopularity of modern debt optimisation measures at Ukrainian enterprises, it is particularly relevant to analyse the real problems of forming accounts receivable and investigate promising areas for its reduction. The purpose of the study is to consider and test innovative financial methods for optimising counterparty debt to the enterprise in Ukraine, including factoring and insurance of accounts receivable. The practical significance of the study is as follows: based on the analysis of the current state of accounts receivable, the use of factoring services for its optimisation is proposed; using the modelling method, key forecast indicators of liquidity at the enterprise under study are determined, the areas of insurance of accounts receivable are formed, the effectiveness of the proposed measures is substantiated. The study summarises the theoretical foundations of optimising accounts receivable in the system of ensuring the efficiency of an enterprise. The analysis of the financial and economic state of the business is carried out. The analytical support of a system of indicators and assessment of the quality of accounts receivable generation is investigated. Forecasting and optimisation of the level of accounts receivable based on innovative financial methods was performed to ensure effective business operations. Ways to improve the management of accounts receivable of the enterprise are provided. The positive impact of measures on the efficiency of the enterprise based on financial indicators – liquidity and turnover ratios – is proved. The problems of widespread use of the proposed methodology are indicated, and suggestions for solving these problems are given. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the applied orientation of innovative financial methods described in the paper, the use of which will improve the process of optimising accounts receivable at the enterprise level, improve the process of managing accounts receivable, increase the level of liquidity and profitability of the business. У зв’язку з недосконалістю фінансової системи та непопулярністю сучасних заходів оптимізації боргу на підприємствах України, особливої актуальності набуває здійснення аналізу реальних проблем формування дебіторської заборгованості і дослідження перспективних напрямів її скорочення. Метою дослідження є розгляд та апробація інноваційних для України фінансових методів оптимізації заборгованості контрагентів перед підприємством, серед яких факторинг та страхування дебіторської заборгованості. Практичне значення проведеного дослідження полягає у наступному: на основі проведеного аналізу поточного стану дебіторської заборгованості, запропоновано використання послуги факторингу для її оптимізації; за допомогою методу моделювання визначено ключові прогнозні індикатори ліквідності на досліджуваному підприємстві, сформовано напрями страхування дебіторської заборгованості, обґрунтовано ефективність запропонованих заходів. У статті узагальнено теоретичні основи оптимізації дебіторської заборгованості в системі забезпечення ефективності діяльності підприємства. Проведено аналіз фінансово-економічного стану бізнесу. Досліджено аналітичне забезпечення системи показників та оцінка якості формування дебіторської заборгованості. Виконано прогнозування та оптимізацію рівня дебіторської заборгованості на основі інноваційних фінансових методів з метою забезпечення ефективної діяльності бізнесу. Наведено шляхи вдосконалення управління дебіторською заборгованістю підприємства. The relevance of the study is conditioned by the need to create an effective model of the current institutional environment that can ensure the unity of economic processes in the management of rural territories in Ukraine based on the best foreign practice. The purpose is to summarise the experience of the EU countries on the functioning of institutional models for managing rural development for adaptation in Ukraine. The task is to formulate conceptual approaches to the formation of an institutional model for managing rural development in Ukraine, considering the fundamental principles of building a system for rural development management in the EU countries. General scientific methods were used as a tool for obtaining information for informed management decisions in the field of rural development management: analysis and synthesis; induction, deduction and analogy; abstraction; generalisation; idealisation, etc. The main trends and priorities of the agricultural policy implemented by the European Union are considered. Centralised and decentralised rural development management systems are described. Heterogeneous management models between centralisation and decentralisation are presented. The multi-level nature of the management concept as a key specific component is substantiated. The functioning of the system of distribution of tasks between the European Commission, the national state, and the regions is considered. Models of distribution of programming and management competencies in various management systems, and the forms of relations between different levels of government have been improved. The procedure for the functioning of the rural development programming system in Germany is presented. The classification of different countries based on the distribution of responsibility for managing programmes that were intended for rural development is considered. Vertical coordination and relations between the state and regions in countries with a decentralised form of governance are analysed. Methodological approaches to the development of an institutional model for managing rural development are proposed. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of recommendations that improve the efficiency and consistency of management decisions on the establishment of an institutional model for managing rural development in the Ukrainian economy | Актуальність статті полягає у необхідності створення ефективної моделі діючого інституційного середовища, здатного забезпечити єдність економічних процесів в управлінні сільськими територіями в Україні на основі кращої зарубіжної практики. Мета – узагальнення досвіду країн Європейського Союзу щодо функціонування інституційних моделей управління розвитком сільських територій для адаптації в Україні. Завдання – сформулювати концептуальні підходи до формування інституційної моделі управління розвитком сільських територій в Україні з урахуванням принципових засад побудови системи управління сільським розвитком у країнах ЄС. Як інструмент отримання інформації для обґрунтованого прийняття управлінських рішень у сфері управління розвитком сільських територій застосовувалися загальнонаукові методи дослідження: аналіз та синтез; індукція, дедукція та аналогія; абстрагування; узагальнення; ідеалізація та ін. Розглядаються основні тенденції та пріоритети сільськогосподарської політики, що здійснюється Європейським Союзом. Описано централізовані та децентралізовані системи управління сільським розвитком. Представлено неоднорідні (гетерогенні) моделі управління між централізацією та децентралізацією. Обґрунтовано багаторівневий характер концепції управління як ключовий специфічний компонент. Розглянуто функціонування системи розподілу завдань між Єврокомісією, національною державою та регіонами. Удосконалено моделі розподілу компетенцій програмування та управління у різних системах управління. Удосконалено форми взаємовідносин між різними рівнями влади. Представлено порядок функціонування системи програмування сільського розвитку у Німеччині. Розглянуто класифікацію різних країн на основі розподілу відповідальності за управління програмами, які призначалися для розвитку сільських територій. Проаналізована вертикальна координація та відносини держави та регіонів у країнах з децентралізованою формою управління. Запропоновано методичні підходи до розробки інституційної моделі управління розвитком сільських територій. Практична значущість статті полягає у розробці рекомендацій, які забезпечують підвищення ефективності та узгодженості управлінських рішень щодо формування інституційної моделі управління розвитком сільських територій в економіці України

The agrarian sector as a system-forming sphere of the rural economy becomes decisive for rural development based on inclusiveness. The influence of the state on the development of the sector by means of financial support should not only contribute to strengthening the production capacity and competitive advantages of commodity producers, but also have a positive impact on the development of rural areas and increase the opportunities for attracting the population to public life. These tasks are being updated in the context of a long-term budget deficit, in particular, aggravated by the conduct of military operations and the need to direct public funds in areas with the greatest multiplicative effect. The purpose of the study is to investigate the impact of state financial support for the agricultural sector on rural development from the standpoint of compliance with the principles of sustainability and ensuring the inclusivity of socio-economic development. To achieve this goal, the study used: general logical methods of analysis and synthesis in the development of laws regulating the system of state support in Ukraine; statistical and economic methods for grouping recipients of state support by different statuses, programmes, areas; methods of mathematical analysis to assess the dynamics of indicators and identify patterns of distribution of support funds, calculating the dependence of budgets of territorial communities on agricultural production. Tabular and graphical methods were used to visualise the results of the study. The abstract and logical method was used to generalise conclusions and formulate proposals. Based on the study results, including the analysis of the agricultural companies that received the most financial support from the state in three years, the public irrationality of the existing distribution of state support is substantiated, which leads to an increase in the gap between the production capacities of farmers, strengthening the uneven development of the agricultural sector and rural areas as a whole. The implemented improvement of legislative norms is not reflected in the practical plane, so the trend of asymmetric distribution of funds in favour of large businesses remains. The study argues for the need to introduce a number of changes in the system of distribution and use of state financial support for the agricultural sector, concerning regulatory support and control over its implementation, strengthening requirements for recipients of funds in terms of economic and social responsibility to promote rural development based on the principles of inclusivity. One of the conditions for all programmes funded by the state should be the prioritisation of achieving a social effect and maintaining sustainable development. Taking into account the proposed changes would help to preserve the multi-complexity of agriculture and the sustainability of food systems, expand the circle of recipients of support and strengthen the financial stability of small producers, increase revenues to local budgets, and increase the efficiency of using public finances in terms of their public function, achievement of a synergistic effect from the use of budget funds in the economic, social, and environmental spheres, establishment of sustainable foundations of rural development on an inclusive basis | Аграрний сектор як системоутворююча сфера сільської економіки стає визначальним для сільського розвитку на засадах інклюзивності. Вплив держави на розвиток сектора засобами фінансової підтримки має не лише сприяти посиленню виробничих потужностей та конкурентних переваг товаровиробників, а й позитивно позначатися на розвитку сільської місцевості та підвищувати можливості залучення населення у суспільне життя. Ці завдання актуалізуються в умовах тривалого бюджетного дефіциту, зокрема посиленого веденням воєнних дій та необхідністю спрямовувати державні кошти за напрямками з найбільшим мультиплікативним ефектом. Метою статті є дослідження впливу державної фінансової підтримки аграрного сектору на сільський розвиток з позиції дотримання принципів сталості та забезпечення інклюзивності соціально-економічного розвитку. Для досягнення визначеної мети використовувалися: загальнологічні методи аналізу і синтезу при опрацюванні нормативно-правових актів, які регулюють систему державної підтримки в Україні; статистико-економічні методи для групування отримувачів державної підтримки за різними статусами, програмами, напрямами; методи математичного аналізу для оцінки динаміки показників та виявлення закономірностей розподілу коштів підтримки, розрахунку залежності бюджетів територіальних громад від сільськогосподарського виробництва. Для візуалізації результатів дослідження використано табличний та графічний методи. Абстрактно-логічний метод застосовувався для узагальнення висновків та формулювання пропозицій. За результатами проведеного дослідження, у т.ч. на основі аналізу діяльності агрокомпаній, які протягом трьох років отримали найбільшу фінансову підтримку держави, обґрунтована суспільна нераціональність існуючого розподілу коштів державної підтримки, що спричиняє збільшення розриву між виробничими можливостями аграріїв, посилення нерівномірності розвитку аграрного сектора і сільської місцевості загалом. Здійснене удосконалення законодавчих норм не знайшло відображення у практичній площині, тож зберігається тенденція асиметричного розподілу коштів на користь великого бізнесу. Аргументовано необхідність впровадження низки змін у систему розподілу та використання коштів державної фінансової підтримки аграрного сектора, що стосуються нормативно-правового забезпечення та контролю за його виконанням, посилення вимог до отримувачів коштів в частині економічної та соціальної відповідальності для сприяння розвитку сільських територій на засадах інклюзивності. Однією з умов всіх програм, які фінансує держава, має стати пріоритезація досягнення суспільного ефекту та підтримання сталого розвитку. Врахування запропонованих змін сприятиме збереженню багатоукладності сільського господарства та стійкості продовольчих систем, розширенню кола отримувачів підтримки та посиленню фінансової стійкості малих виробників, збільшенню надходжень до місцевих бюджетів, підвищенню ефективності застосування державних фінансів з точки зору їх суспільної функції, досягненню синергетичного ефекту від використання бюджетних коштів в економічній, соціальній та екологічній сферах, формуванню стійких основ сільського розвитку на інклюзивних засадах

Today, Ukraine is forced to perform a complex geopolitical task in order to guarantee not only military, but also food security. Therefore, the issue of increasing the efficiency of the meat processing industry, as one of the components of this task, is significant and relevant. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the economic aspects of increasing the efficiency of the functioning of meat processing enterprises of Ukraine as a result of improving the recipe of sausage products in order to reduce their cost price. The research was conducted using general scientific methods and techniques: logical and qualitative analysis and synthesis, monographic method, system-structural analysis method, cause-and-effect analysis method, experimental method, economic-statistical method, calculation-constructive method and method of logical generalization. The results of the research in the form of practical recommendations for reducing the cost of sausage products as a result of changing the cost norms and improving the product formulation can increase the economic efficiency of meat production. In order to reduce the cost of meat products, the recipe of products has been changed due to the rejection of expensive ingredients. The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the development of practical approaches to the study and analysis of dynamic processes in the meat processing industry based on the policy of stimulating demand for competitive products both in the Ukrainian and foreign markets. The article highlights the problems of the current state of the meat industry in Ukraine, the prerequisites and the main causes of this situation. The article deepens practical approaches to improving the recipe of sausage products, evaluates their updated recipe in order to reduce the cost of production and increase its efficiency, which lays the foundation for future research for other types of products | Сьогодні Україна виконує складне геополітичне завдання та повинна вистояти, щоб стати гарантом не лише військової, а й продовольчої безпеки. В статті висвітлюються проблеми сучасного стану м’ясної галузі України, передумови та основні причини виникнення даної ситуації. Наведені статистичні дані про тенденції розвитку м’ясної промисловості та доцільність зменшення витрат виробництва внаслідок удосконалення рецептур. Дослідження проводилось на основі використання загальнонаукових методів і прийомів: логічного та якісного аналізу та синтезу, монографічного методу, системно-структурного аналізу, причинно-наслідкового методу, експериментального методу, економіко-статистичного методу, розрахунково-конструктивного методу й методу логічного узагальнення. Результати дослідження в вигляді практичних рекомендацій щодо зниження собівартості ковбасних виробів унаслідок зміни норм витрат і вдосконалення рецептури продукції дозволяють підвищити економічну ефективність виробництва м’ясної продукції. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в розробленні практичних підходів до вивчення та аналізу динамічних процесів у м’ясопродуктовому підкомплексі на основі політики стимулювання попиту на конкурентоспроможну продукцію як на внутрішньому, так і на зовнішньому ринках. З метою здешевлення м’ясних виробів рецептура продукції була змінена за рахунок відмови від дорогих інгредієнтів. У статті поглиблені практичні підходи щодо вдосконалення рецептури ковбасних виробів, здійснена оцінка оновленої їхньої рецептури задля зменшення собівартості продукції та підвищення її ефективності, що закладає основу для подальших досліджень щодо інших видів продукції

The efficiency of agricultural enterprises is determined by the synergistic influence of an entire set of various factors. Improvement and testing of methodological support for factor-complementary diagnostics of the level of economic efficiency of business entities in modern conditions is still an urgent issue. The purpose of this study was to comprehensively monitor the level of economic efficiency of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine and measure the degree of influence of priority factors on the aggregate efficiency indicator. The study involved several methods: abstract-logical, comparative analysis, tabular, statistical, matriX-coordinate method, calculation-constructive, monographic, factor analysis. It was established that during 2015 and 2021, this aggregate indicator increased by 47% – from 15.07 to 22.13 points. Among the factors that had a positive effect on the established growth of the overall indicator of economic efficiency, the largest rating coefficients have: an increase in labour productivity (1.5852), a more than two-fold increase in the amount of net profit of agricultural enterprises (1.0931), a 2.2-fold increase in the coefficient financing (0.905), a 1.9-fold increase in the loan capital turnover ratio (0.8754) and an almost 3-fold increase in its profitability (0.8587), an increase in the receivables turnover indeX (0.7899) and a two-fold increase in the absolute liquidity indeX (0.7500). The following influencing factors had the most negative effect on the level of the overall efficiency indicator: a 23% decrease in the fund return indicator (-0.6005), a 17% decrease in the quick liquidity ratio (-0.4944), a 26% deterioration in the profitability of fiXed assets (-0. 4642), a decrease in turnover and profitability of the equity capital of agricultural enterprises (-0.4653 and -0.4426, respectively). The practical significance of this study is determined by the improvement of methodological tools for measuring and diagnosing the aggregate level of economic efficiency of business entities, which can be useful in the management practice of organizing monitoring and developing areas for improving the economic efficiency of agricultural enterprises | Ефективність діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств визначається синергетичним впливом цілої сукупності різноманітних факторів. Удосконалення та апробація методичного забезпечення факторно-компліментарної діагностики рівня економічної ефективності суб'єктів господарювання у сучасних умовах залишається актуальною проблемою. Метою дослідження був комплексний моніторинг рівня економічної ефективності сільськогосподарських підприємств України та вимірювання ступеня впливу пріоритетних факторів на сукупний показник ефективності. У процесі дослідження використано ряд методів: абстрактно-логічний, порівняльного аналізу, табличний, статистичний, метод матриці-координат, розрахунково-конструктивний, монографічний, факторного аналізу. Встановлено, що протягом 2015 та 2021 рр. даний сукупний показник збільшився на 47% – від 15,07 до 22,13 пункти. Серед факторів, які позитивно вплинули на встановлене зростання сукупного показника економічної ефективності, найбільші рейтингові коефіцієнти мають: збільшення продуктивності праці (1,5852), більш, ніж дворазове зростання обсягу чистого прибутку сільськогосподарських підприємств (1,0931), збільшення у 2,2 рази коефіцієнта фінансування (0,905), зростання у 1,9 разів коефіцієнта оборотності позикового капіталу (0,8754) та збільшення майже у 3 рази його рентабельності (0,8587), зростання показника оборотності дебіторської заборгованості (0,7899) та дворазове збільшення показника абсолютної ліквідності (0,7500). Найбільш негативно на рівні сукупного показника ефективності позначилися наступні фактори впливу: зниження на 23% показника фондовіддачі (-0,6005), зменшення на 17% коефіцієнта швидкої ліквідності (-0,4944), погіршення на 26% рентабельності основних засобів (-0,4642), зниження оборотності та рентабельності власного капіталу сільськогосподарських підприємств (-0,4653 та -0,4426 відповідно). Практична значущість проведеного дослідження визначається удосконаленням методичного інструментарію вимірювання та діагностики сукупного рівня економічної ефективності суб'єктів господарювання, що може бути корисним в управлінській практиці організації моніторингу та розробки напрямів підвищення економічної ефективності сільськогосподарських підприємств

Increasing the level of competitiveness of the agricultural sector and solving important tasks for rural areas requires the consideration of the priorities of sustainable development. The implementation of this task requires new concepts of agricultural management, the justification of which is impossible without improving corporate reporting. The purpose of this study was to supplement the scientific and methodological framework for the development of a reporting architecture for the sustainable development of agricultural companies. This study involved the following methods: monographic, graphic, method of systematization and logical concretization, synthesis, induction and deduction, questionnaires, generalization, method of structural and genetic analysis and synthesis. The study found that in modern management, corporate financial and non-financial reporting is a strategic management tool that signals investors about the long-term nature and public priorities of business development. It was discovered that reporting on sustainable development is becoming widespread in the practice of foreign companies. The attitude of the management of Ukrainian agricultural companies towards the issue of the expediency of adding sustainable development indicators to management reporting was clarified. The corporate reporting of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises was analysed, which allowed identifying the key guidelines for reporting on sustainable development in the future. The set of qualitative characteristics of reporting on the sustainable development of Ukrainian agricultural companies was substantiated. Based on the mathematical model, an attempt was made to estimate the impact of corporate reporting on sustainable development on the profitability of agricultural companies. The results showed a connection between these factors in large agricultural holdings and uncertainty in medium and small agricultural companies. Реалізація даного завдання потребує нових концепцій агроменеджменту, обґрунтування яких неможливо без удосконалення корпоративної звітності. Метою статті було доповнення науково-методичного базису формування архітектури звітності зі сталого розвитку аграрних компаній. При написанні статті було використано наступні методи: монографічний, метод абстрактної систематизації і логічної конкретизації, методи синтезу, індукції і дедукції, метод анкетування, методи абстрактної конкретизації, узагальнення, структурно-генетичного аналізу і синтезу, графічний метод. В процесі проведення дослідження було визначено, що у сучасному управлінні корпоративна фінансова та нефінансова звітність є стратегічним інструментом управління, який сигналізує інвесторам про довгостроковий характер і суспільні пріоритети розвитку бізнесу. Виявлено, що звітність зі сталого розвитку набуває значного поширення у практиці діяльності зарубіжних компаній. Було з’ясовано ставлення менеджменту українських агрокомпаній до питання доцільності доповнення управлінської звітності показниками сталого розвитку. Проведено аналіз корпоративної звітності українських аграрних підприємств, що дозволило виділити ключові орієнтири складання звітності зі сталого розвитку у перспективі. Обґрунтовано сукупність якісних характеристик звітності зі сталого розвитку вітчизняних агрокомпаній. На основі математичної моделі здійснена спроба оцінити вплив корпоративної звітності зі сталого розвитку на доходність аграрних компаній. Результати показали наявність зв’язку даних факторів у великих агрохолдингах та невизначеність у середніх та малих агрокомпаніях. Результати можуть бути використані аграрними підприємствами, які орієнтовані на досягнення цілей сталого розвитку сільськогосподарського виробництва і сільських територій

Within the framework of modern world conditions faced by the Ukrainian business subjects of the agrifood sector, conducting research on the possibility of using new methodologies in management can be an added advantage to optimizing and increasing the effectiveness of their performance. The purpose of this study was to highlight and summarize the work on the principles of introducing modern methodologies into general management systems as tools for increasing the effectiveness of strategic management in the agri-food sector, considering the modern world conditions. The study used general scientific and special research methods: monographic; theoretical generalization, analysis, synthesis, induction, and deduction; structural and logical analysis; grouping and classification. The author substantiated the expediency of using flexible management methods in agri-food enterprises. The priority of using Agile management methods was identified, the advantages and disadvantages of using Kanban and Scrum methodologies in the management of an agri-food enterprise were investigated, and their main elements were determined (classification of roles in the team, key concepts, principles). Features of the functioning of business entities in the conditions of SPOD, VUCA, and BANI worlds were provided. It was noted that the flexible methods under study are aimed at the evolutionary development of organizations, i.e., gradual improvements that, in the end, ensure the effectiveness of management at a prominent level. This paper expands practical approaches to the application of flexible management methods in agri-food enterprises, which lays the foundation for further research on strategic management in the agri-food sector under the conditions of the need for their constant reorientation and adaptation to the BANI world. Метою статті було висвітлення та узагальнення напрацювань щодо засад впровадження сучасних методологій у загальні системи управління як інструментів підвищення результативності стратегічного управління в агропродовольчому секторі з урахуванням концепцій сучасних світових умов. У дослідженні використано загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи дослідження: монографічний; теоретичного узагальнення, аналізу, синтезу, індукції та дедукції; структурно-логічного аналізу; групування й класифікації. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування гнучких методів управління в підприємствах агропродовольчої сфери. Виділено пріоритетність застосування Agile-методів управління, досліджено переваги та недоліки застосування методологій Kanban і Scrum в управлінні підприємством агропродовольчої сфери, визначено їх основні елементи (класифікацію ролей у команді, ключові поняття, принципи). Наведено особливості функціонування суб’єктів господарювання в умовах SPOD, VUCA BANI-світів. Відзначено, що досліджувані гнучкі методи спрямовані на еволюційний розвиток організацій, тобто поступові вдосконалення, які, у кінцевому результаті, забезпечують результативність господарювання на високому рівні. У статті поглиблені практичні підходи щодо застосування гнучких методів управління в підприємствах агропродовольчої сфери, що закладає основу для подальших досліджень щодо стратегічного управління в агропродовольчій сфері за умов необхідності їх постійної переорієнтації та адаптації BANI-світу.
