The measurement was investigated with 18 heads of fetus (60, 90, 120 days of gestation) and neonate in Korean native goats. The crown-rump length of fetuses at 60, 90, 120 days of gestation and neonate was 8.71, 20.83, 31.10 and 34.93 cm, respectively. The length of small intestine at 60, 90, 120 days of gestation and neonate was 32.28, 157.10, 303.52 and 475.06 cm, respectively. The length of large intestine at 60, 90, 120 days of gestation and neonate was 9.20, 37.70, 82.06 and 94.46 cm, respectively. The head length at 60, 90, 120 days of gestation and neonate was 2.93+-0.07, 6.67+-0.13, 8.84+-0.51 and 9.76+-0.44 cm, respectively. The width of the head at 60, 90, 120 days of gestation and neonate was 2.20+-0.13, 4.45+-0.11, 5.33+-0.20 and 5.51+-0.32 cm, respectively.

Atotal of twenty four LargeWhite Yorkshireweaners nearly of same body weight were selected for the present study.The prediction equations were constructed to estimate the body weight of pigs indirectly from different body measurements of 24 pigs. The body weight was highly correlated (PO.OI)with body length, heart girth and height at withers. Accuracy for the measurement of body weight with prediction equation using one or two independent variables shifting from heart girth to height at withers with increase in body weight. Coefficient of multiple determination (R2)increases gradually as the number of independent variables increased in the prediction equation and the best prediction equation was observed when all the 3 body measurements were included in the equation. orrelationcoefficientof body weightwith body measurementswere also foundto be highly correlated.

To investigate the sensitivity of repeat tuberculin test with bovine PPD, seibert's fraction A(SFA) and avian PPD tuberculins in visible and non-visible lesion reactor cattle to HCSM tuberculin. The comparative test, under the condition of this experiment, was entirely unsatisfactory to differentiate between visible and non-visible lesion cases, the high frequency distribution of the skin fold thickness greater than 10mm to SFA tuberculin appeared in visible lesion cases, whereas the skin reaction 1 less than 4mm to the SFA tuberculin appeared in NVL cases

In course of realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus evaluation of growing intensity and level of meat productivity depending on cattle sex there was conducted the scientific and economic experiment by an example of two groups of white-and-black bull-calves and heifer calves. In the first growing period the animals of experimental groups were fed with milk substitute. At the stage of completion of growing and fattening the bulls and heifers of experimental groups obtained ration containing haylage, plus 2 kg of flattened grains and 2 kg mixed fodders. Results of linear and weight indexes analysis showed that in changes of exterior of bulls and heifers of black-and-white breed there was noted a certain regularities in their growth and development. The most intensive growth and development of analyzed young cattle was stated at age from 6 till 12 months. At the same time, bulls exceeded heifers according to the main exterior indexes. According to the visual evaluation of bulls and heifers there were determined the differences in constitutional type

Studying of peculiar features of external conformation of replacement gilts used for the further closing stage of commercial cross breeding as well as for the further productivity of first litter gilts was realized in the conditions of a swine breeding stock-rearing farm of the Republic of Belarus. In the modern zootechnic classification it is reasonable to divide pigs into 3 constitutional types of their external appearance: leptosome, transitional, and oerisome. In the conditions of industrial engineering the replacement pigs and sows of transitive type in comparison with individuals oerisome and leptosome types were characterized by higher productivity: early terms of insemination (on 3,2 and 3,3 days, respectively); livability of stores at weaning stage (on 5,8 and 5%, respectively), higher litter size at weaning stage (on 7,1 and 6,3 kg), higher input share into the basic pig stock (on 4 and 6%), and a yield of a gross of body weight gain of litter at fattening with a view to farrow (on 8 and 10%). Piglets of the transitive type sows were characterized by the steadier parameters of metabolism in comparison with stores of leptosome type sows (there were less frequently encountered the disturbances of infringements of trace mineral and calcium and phosphoric metabolism). In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was presented a characteristic of breeding stock of mares of Trakensky breed in accordance with body conformation and exterior. In course of the study there were taken measurements of height at the shoulder, heart-girth, metacarpus circumference at 1 year old and two year old age stages. There was calculated an index of massiveness which characterize the development of chest, index of bone which provided insight into skeleton development. Research results showed that in accordance with an exterior the breeding stock mares had a deep and massive barrel, good skeleton and developed muscle. The index of massivness was 118,4-120,5, bone index – 20,8-21,6, that corresponded to a type of riding horses. In accordance with the exterior, measurements and quality of posterity the mares of the bred lines obtained high grades and 93,5% were graded as elite class.
