Data on studying of efficiency of application of immunobiological preparations on efficiency and other clinical and biochemical indicators for chickens-broilers are cited. It is established, that their application to chickens-broilers promotes increase of biological value of fowl as foodstuff and is economically expedient. Application of a preparation the Biococktail-NK in an optimum dose 0,1 - 0,2 ml/goal (10,0-20,0 million microbic bodies) has allowed to increase intensity of growth of chickens-broilers by 3,5%, to lower forage expenses for production of a gain of body weight of 1 kg on 4,95%, to raise safety of young growth of birds on 3,4 % and to lower a case of birds to 1,6% (technological norm of 5%). The carried out calculations have shown, that introduction of the Biococktail-NK in a ration of broilers is economically justified, as safety of young growth in 4th trial group has raised on 3,4%, in the third - on 2,5%, in the second - on 1,3%. On the basis of the spent research fowl of the delivered samples in which ration it was entered the probiotic Biococktail-NK from calculation 0,1 - 0,2 ml/goal (10,0-20,0 million microbic bodies) since daily age within the first 5 days into 4 cycles with an interval of 7 days till the end of the cultivation period is established, that on organoleptic, physical and chemical, bacteriological indicators, and also biological value and harmlessness does not concede to meat of control group and is good-quality. In the literature there are data about influence of biologically active substances on growth and development of bird. Despite it, about influence of probiotical and immunostimulatory preparations as separately, and in a complex with probiotics, on an organism of chickens-broilers it is not enough data that induces carrying out of scientific research in the given direction. Simultaneous use of probiotics on the basis of an intestinal stick in rations of chickens-broilers is the perspective directions. Proceeding from it, working out of new effective ways of increase of chickens-broilers efficiency with a view of reception of ecologically pure and safe products of poultry farming is actual for poultry-farming economy of Belarus.

Comparative evaluation of the influence of cell-free probiotic preparation Laktimet and cellular probiotic Bifilak on productivity, livability, nonspecific response of suckling piglets in the early extrauterine life was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus.Application of both probiotics increased the productivity of suckling pigs, stimulated the processes of metabolism and natural protection of organism in the early postnatal period in the conditions of specialized pig breeding complexes. Research results showed, that application of brand new cell-free probiotic Laktimet exercised higher influence on suckling pigs. Application of Laktimet made it possibler to increase piglets body weight gain on 7,8%; piglet livability - on 6,7%; and application cellular probiotic preparation Bifilak - on 5,4% and 3,3%, respectively. The same tendency was noted during the analysis of indexes of cellular factors of organism protection. Bactericidal activity of blood serum of experimental animals changed both in connection with age, and under influence of probiotic preparations. During all studied periods the bactericidal activity of blood serum was authentically (P less than 0,05) above in experimental groups in comparison with a control group. At 20-days old piglets there was stated the strengthening of bactericidal activity of blood serum. Throughout all period of experiment the superiority of trial animals over control on indicators of lysozyme activity of blood serum was observed

Research of the influence of biologically active preparations of natural origin on zoological indices and quality of animal products was studied by the example of their application in broiler chicken diets in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. On the basis of realized research it was established, that application of biologically active substances immunoamplifier Alveozan, probiotic Dialakt, probiotic Bifidoflorin liquid, prebiotic Biofon and prebiotic Biofon AIL (produced in the Republic of Belarus) did not render negative effect on quality of animal products (all studied meat samples had high quality). The received results testify to necessity of complex application of the above-stated preparations. Application of biologically active preparations made it possible to increase livability of growing birds on 100%, average live weight increase from 1,9 up to 5,1%, daily average weight gain - from 1,9 up to 5,1%, improvement of feed conversion ratio - from 18,3 up to 21%. All studied biologically active preparations made it possible to restore the physiological environment in poultry intestines, normal flora, to suppress the growth of pathogenic microorganisms. The above mentioned preparations could be applied both with preventive, and with the medical purposes

Nowadays in connection with an interdiction for antibiotics use in animal feeding it is very actual to work out and apply new forms of probiotic preparations which should be as ecologically safe and harmless both to people and animal products. Probiotics make it possible to improve the digestibility of nutritive substances of forages, normalize metabolism, enrich with biologically active substances that promotes the increasing of their productivity. In the Republic of Belarus the probiotics are produced in the obviously insufficient quantity that creates problems of young stock livability. Influence of application of Akozil and Sublicin probiotics in diets of suckling calves on biochemical parameters of blood serum was analysed. It was stated that use of the analysed probiotics made it possible to decrease the level of urea and total cholesterol, to increase of the total protein content in blood serum of the experimental calves. There was noted the increasing of glucose level in blood serum of calves fed with Akozil. There was marked the tendency of more optimal level of calcium and phosphorus in calves having Sublicin in their diets. The obtained results testified the normalization of metabolic processes taking place in calves which were fed by the mentioned above probiotics

There was studied the data on antagonistic activity of a new metabolic probiotic substance derived from the probiotic substance Diamixan. Research of antagonistic activity Diamixan has shown its high activity in the relation of the test-strains of microorganisms: Staphylococcus aureus ATSS 6538, Staphylococcus aureus 209R, Escherichia coli ATSS 71229, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATSS 9017, Pseudomonas marcescens, Proteus mirabilis ATSS 14153, Bacillus subtilis ATSS 6633, Citrobacter freundii, Candida albicans ATSS 10231, Salmonella enteritidis R1991, Salmonella typhimurium ATSS 24853. In the presence of the preparation, dissolved 1:1, there was a full suppression of growth of all bacteria within 48 hours of cultivation at delution 1:2 and 1:4 the high antagonistic activity of the preparation as the majority of samples remains sterile remained. In the tabular form data on antagonistic activity of the preparation in delution 1:1; 1:2; 1:4 are presented. | Целью работы явилось изучение антагонистической активности метаболитного пробиотика диамиксан. Исследование антагонистической активности диамиксана показало его высокую активность в отношении тест-штаммов микроорганизмов: Staphylococcus aureus АТСС 6538, Staphylococcus aureus 209Р, Escherichia coli ATCC 71229, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 9017, Pseudomonas marcescens, Proteus mirabilis ATCC 14153, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Citrobacter freundii, Candida albicans ATCC 10231, Salmonella enteritidis P1991, Salmonella typhimurium ATCC 24853. В присутствии разведённого 1:1 препарата происходило полное подавление роста всех бактерий в течение 48 часов культивирования, при разведении 1:2 и 1:4 сохранялась высокая антагонистическая активность препарата, так как большинство образцов оставалось стерильными. В табличной форме представлены данные по антагонистической активности препарата в разведении 1:1; 1:2; 1:4.

Development of diarrheal diseases of newborn animals has a miltifactorial character and it is very difficult to optimize the structure of microbial population in alimentary tract and to carry out the correction of the microbe status only by means medical preparations. Therefore, for regulation of standard structure of intestine microflora in a complex of medical and preventive measures for diarrhea diseases of young poultry an important role is played by application of probiotics, prebiotics, and immunoamplifiers. In course of study there were used biologically active preparations produced on the basis of ecologically pure products of a natural origin: immunostimulant Alveozan, probiotics Bifidoflorin liquid and Dialakt, and prebiotics Biofon АIL and Biofon. Research was realized on one-day-old broiler chickens of Kobb-500 cross. The obtained data on the positive influence of the studied preparations on microbiocenosis of an alimentary tract of broilers chickens correlated with the indexes of natural resistance (autarcesis).The analyzed preparations made it possible to increase the local protection, stimulation of hematopoiesis (increasing of hematoglobulin, erythrocytes and leukocytes); to increase the blood content of whole protein, albumens and globulins, bactericidal activity of blood serum. Complex introduction of the analysed preparations stimulated the natural disease resistance factors, normalized the metabolic function of poultry, promoted the increasing of chicken livability and productivity

Research on studying of probiotics and prebiotics influence on natural resistance, hemogenesis, metabolism, growth, development and safety are spent on chickens of 1-37-day age in the conditions of clinic of the department of internal noncontagious diseases and the central resarch laboratory of research institute of applied veterinary medicine and biotechnology Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine. It was established that the combined use of probiotics and prebiotics increases the defense, raises safety rate and stimulates body weight gain in broiler chickens. Hence, probiotics and prebiotics at joint application render expressed growth-promoting effect, promote high safety of young growth, disease decrease, increase in a weight gain, raise indicators of the general and local protection, stimulate hemogenesis and exchange processes during the most intense periods of bird cultivation. At separate application of probiotics and prebiotics these indicators were a little lower, but authentically above, than at chickens of control group | Исследования по изучению влияния пробиотиков и пребиотиков на естественную резистентность, гемопоэз, обмен веществ, рост, развитие и сохранность, проведены на цыплятах 1-37-дневного возраста в условиях клиники кафедры внутренних незаразных болезней и центральной научно-исследовательской лаборатории Научно-исследовательского института прикладной ветеринарной медицины и биотехнологии УО ВГАВМ. Совместное применение пробиотика и пребиотика усиливает защиту, повышает сохранность и стимулирует прирост массы тела цыплят-бройлеров. Следовательно, про пробиотики и пребиотики при совместном применении оказывают выраженное ростостимулирующее действие, способствуют высокой сохранности молодняка, снижению заболеваемости, увеличению прироста массы, повышают показатели общей и местной защиты, стимулируют гемопоэз и обменные процессы в наиболее напряженные периоды выращивания птицы. При раздельном применении пробиотиков и пребиотиков эти показатели были несколько ниже, но достоверно выше, чем у цыплят контрольной группы

There was studied the prebiotic (Biofon AIL) and probiotic (Bifidoflorin liquid) preparations on a condition of bacterial flora of chickens-broiler intestines in age dynamics and also to estimate efficiency of joint application of prebiotics and probiotics. Biofon AIL represents mannan-oligosaccharides which are capable to block colonisation of intestines by pathogenic microflora and possess stimulating action on growth of bifidus bacteria in culture. Bifidoflorin liquid represents liquid microbic mass of bifidus bacteria. As a result of the spent research it is revealed, that inclusion of prebiotics Biofon AIL and probiotics Bifidoflorin liquid to a ration of chickens-broilers allows to spend correction of bacterial cenosis intestines towards prevalence of bifidus bacteria and lacto bacteria. Thus the best indicators are noted at sharing of these preparations. In the tabular form the data on dynamics bacterial cenosis intestines at chickens-broilers are presented at use of prebiotics and probiotics. | Целью работы явилось изучение пребиотического (Биофон АИЛ) и пробиотического (Бифидофлорин жидкий) препаратов на состояние бактериальной флоры кишечника цыплят-бройлеров в возрастной динамике, а также оценить эффективность совместного применения пребиотика и пробиотика. Биофон АИЛ представляет собой маннанолигосахариды, которые способны блокировать колонизацию кишечника патогенной микрофлорой и обладают стимулирующим действием на рост бифидобактерии в культуре. Бифидофлорин жидкий представляет собой жидкую микробную массу бифидобактерии. В результате проведенных исследований выявлено, что включение в рацион цыплят-бройлеров пребиотика Биофон АИЛ и пробиотика Бифидофлорин жидкий позволяет провести коррекцию бактериоценоза кишечника в сторону преобладания бифидобактерий и лактобактерии. При этом лучшие показатели отмечены при совместном использовании этих препаратов. В табличной форме представлены данные по динамике бактериоценоза кишечника у цыплят-бройлеров при использовании пребиотиков и пробиотиков.
