Morphological and cultivation value characteristics description of new perspective ornamental peach varieties bred in Nikita Botanical Gardens has been given. The varieties were bred as a result of using genoplasm Persica vulgaris Mill, varieties with different type of flower, P. mira (Koehne) Koval, et Kostina and Amygdalus communis L. They differ in high ornamental idices in flowering period and in bioecilogical indexes.

Creation of Initial raw for breeding of winter wheat by change of the development type under low temperatures influence was described. Seeds of spring wheat were vernalized in aluminum weighting bottle. By using low temperatures at sawing of M2-6 at the begin ind of optimal terms of sawing of winter wheat, new winter-hardy variety of Voloshkova was bred.

The main requirements to plant variety denomination and procedure of conducting examination of variety denomination according to Article 13 and 28 of the Law of Ukraine "On the protection of plant variety rights" are shown.

The analysis of the correspondence of the Ukrainian law standards "On the protection of Plant varieties rights" with the standards of the International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants was conducted.

It was revealed perspective for further selective work and fast-ripening watermelon's varieties such as "Severnoye siyaniye", "Krimson svit", "Gyuj Bao", "Chernogorets", "Kitaiskaya skorospelka", "Borisfen",  "Kahovsky", Linii No 139", "Kitaj No132-4-1" among the watermelon's sample’s collection under conditions of film hothouses. The watermelon’s plants in the film hothouses are more affected by fusarial fading among the diseases. There were revealed the samples such as "Golopristanskij", "Legin", "Foton", "Fabiola", "Kitaj No132-4-1", "Panoniya No 12-Г', which are relatively resistible to that disease. There were selected the fast - ripening and resistible to diseases new heterodyne hybrids F1 51x62 and F1 53x69 of the Dnepropetrovsk Experimental Research Center EOB under the film hothouse’s conditions.

On the basis of cyclic crosses, on the background of two pollen sterile testers, the combining ability for the content of K+ and Na+ ions of 20 pollinators with different levels of hibreeding (of Verkhnyachka, Lgov and Veseliy Podil origins) was studied. The pollinators were differentiated for their genetic value and the strategy for their further breeding improvement was established. Two hybrid combinations were found in which the low content of simultaneously 2 types of K + and Na+ ions was essentially proved. These characters in hybrids mostly depend on GCA of the pollinators.
