The studying results of drought resistance for introdused nectarine varieties in the conditions of South Coast of the Crimea have been given. Four varieties shoved high resistance to drought conditions during two years have been selected. | Приведены результаты изучения засухоустойчивости интродуцированных сортов нектарина в условиях Южного берега Крыма. По степени водоудерживающей способности и скорости  восстановления листьями тургора сорта нектарина разделены на засухоустойчивые и среднезасухоустойчивые. Для возделывания в засушливых условиях Крыма и селекции на засухоустойчивость интерес представляют сорта первой группы: Fayette, Red Gold, Le Grand, Nectalate и Юлдуз. | Наведені результати вивчення посухостійкості інтродукованих сортів нектаріну в умовах Південного берега Криму. За ступенем водоутримуючої здібності і швидкості відновлення листками тургору сорти нектаріну поділені на посухостійкі та середньопосухостійкі. Для вирощування в посушливих умовах Криму та селекції на посушливість цінність представляють сорти першої групи: Fayette, Red Gold, Le Grand, Nectalate і Юлдуз.

В табличном варианте представлено детальное описание 55 основных разновидностей пшеницы мягкой и 32 разновидности твердой. В практическом применении эти результаты предоставляют возможность селекционерам,  семеноводам и сортоиспытателям быстро ориентироваться в определении разновидностей пшеницы, так как сегодня это одна из основных методик для еѐ морфологической систематики. | Приведені результати систематики і морфологічного опису двох основних видів пшениці м'якої (Triticum aestivum L.) і твердої (Triticum durum Desf.). Quality of Spring Soft Wheat varieties listed in the State Register of Varieties of Ukraine for 2008, according to the grain quality indices (protein content, flour vigor, bread volume). Over 86% of Winter Wheat varieties bred by Ukrainian breeders are classified according to their quality to the strong and valuable, in contrast to 14 % of foreign varieties. This is the evidence of the Ukrainian breeding varieties ability to compete. | Определено качество зерна сортов пшеницы мягкой ярой, внесенных в Государственный реестр сортов растений Украины на 2008 год по показателям качества зерна: содержание белка, силы муки и объема хлеба. Более 75 % сортов пшеницы, созданных селекционерами Украины и 11% иностранных отнесены по качеству зерна к сильным и ценным. | За показниками: вміст білка, сила борошна та об’єм хліба визначена якість зерна сортів пшениці м’якої ярої, занесених до Державного реєстру сортів рослин України у 2008 році. До сильних і цінних за якістю зерна віднесені понад 75% сортів пшениці української і 11% зарубіжної селекцій.

The author has investigated the acclimation processes of the apple cultivars Ascolda and Spartan on nine clonal rootstocks bred in Ukraine. The degree of different tissues frost-resistance has been terminated and the acclimation processes in one - year germinations estimated. The cul- tivar-rootstock combinations have been selected which are the most adapted to the hibernation conditions under the conditions of the Ukraine’s northern. | Исследованы аклимационные процессы сортов яблони Аскольда и Спартан на девяти клоновых подвоях отечественной селекции. Определена степень морозостойкости различных тканей, оценено прохождение процессов аклимации и деаклимации в однолетних приростах. Выделены сортоодвойные сочетания, наиболее адаптивные к условиям зимы в правобережной подзоне Западной Лесостепи Украины | Досліджено акпімаційні процеси сортів яблуні Аскольда і Спартан на дев’яти клонових підщепах вітчизняної селекції. Визначено ступінь морозостійкості різних тканин та оцінено перебіг аклімації і деаклімації в однорічних приростах. Виділено сортопідщепні комбінації, найадаптованіші до умов перезимівлі у правобережній підзоні Західного Лісостепу України.

The author has investigated the acclimation processes of the apple cultivars Ascolda and Spartan on nine clonal rootstocks bred in Ukraine. There were identified the varieties being more tolerant to the observed diseases, among these - the samples with different constituents of tolerance, which could be used in the breeding programs. | Исследована пораженность фитовирусами и формирование продуктивности новых сортов озимой мягкой пшеницы в разные по уровню вирусной нагрузки годы. Выделены сорта, наиболее  толерантные (выносливые) к рассмотренным болезням, среди них - образцы с различными составляющими выносливости, которые могут быть использованы в селекционных программах | Досліджено ураженість фітовірусами та формування продуктивності нових сортів озимсн м’якої пшениці у різні за рівнем вірусного навантаження роки. Виділено сорти, найбільш стійкі та толерантні (витривалі) до розглянутих хвороб, серед них зразки з різними складовими витривалості, які можуть бути використані в селекційних програмах.

The control is possible on the basis of the data about exothermal processes in the tissues. | С помощью дифференциально-термического анализа в зимний период определены особенности прохождения процесса льдообразования в стеблях семи сортов и форм ежевики. На основании. данных о прохождении экзотермических процессов в тканях установлено, что развитие их морозоустойчивости и еѐ потери вследствие обезвоживания можно контролировать. | За допомогою диференційно- термічного аналізу у зимовий період визначено особливості перебігу процесу льодоутворення у стеблах семи сортів і форм ожини. Встановлено, що на основі даних про проходження екзотермічних процесів у тканинах можна контролювати розвиток їхньої морозостійкості та втрату її внаслідок зневоднення.

Methodological aspects of biological potential utilization of Sawn Salad (leaf, head, Rome, stem) are displayed to widen their assortment. Dependence of marginal potentially possible yield of the Sown Lettuce varieties on influence of the environmental causes has been established. | Раскрыто состояние национальных сортовых ресурсов салата головчатого для расширения его сортимента. Установлена зависимость формирования предельной потенциальной возможности сортов салата головчатого в зависимости от влияния факторов внешней среды. | Розкрито стан національних сортових ресурсів салату головчастого та шляхи їхнього формування. Показано методичні підходи використання біологічного потенціалу сортів салату головчастого для розширення його сортименту. Spontaneous triploid nectarinum 166-80 has been shared out from diploid hybrid seedlings population. Tetraploid and triploid nectarinum forms are valuable sources for directoinal selection and making hybrids with the complex of new signs, which are difficult or impossible to receive on diploid level. | Впервые в Украине в Никитском ботаническом саду в результате реци- прокных скрещиваний автотетраплоид (2п=4х=32) / диплоид (2п=2х=16) и диплоид (2п=2х=16) / автотетраплоид (2п=4х=32) получены четыре синтетические триплоидные (2п=3х=24) гибридные формы (611-91, 13-93, 14-93, 18-93), а из популяции диплоидных гибридных сеянцев нектарина выделен спонтанный триплоидный нектарин 166-80.
