Точность определения комбинационной способности в значительной мере зависит от правильного выбора тестера. В статье рассмотрены возможности использования тестеров разной генетической структуры. Показаны особенности формирования урожайности тестерами. Исследована динамика влияния самоопыленных линий и тестеров, а также их взаимодействия на урожайность гибридов. Outcomes of reciprocal crossings new Rye donor of super-short stem with electroidness Hl-3Hl-3elel and tall Rye Variety Viatka 2 are provided. The firs generation hybrids appeared to have a short stem with regular leaf blade. In the second generation the female parent effect of short stem domination was established, as well as complete domination of tall bushiness, long-spiked plants, increased number or grains in the ear. Weight of 100 grains in the ear made 22,79 і 29, 41% of the heterosis relative to the best parent. According to the results of the research of genetic and statistical parameters of F2 breeding characteristics plants with electoid leaf blade shape were selected. | Приведены результаты реципрокных скрещиваний нового ржаного донора суперкороткостебельности и эректоидности Hl-3Hl-3elel с высокорослым сортом Вятка 2. В первом поколении гибриды оказались короткостебельными с обыкновенной листовой пластинкой. Во втором поколении обнаружено материнский эффект доминирования короткостебельности, полное доминирование высокой кустистости, длинноколосости, повышенного количества зерен в колосе. Масса 100 зерен с растения становила 22,79 і 29, 41% гетерозиса относительно лучшего родителя. По результатам генетико-статистического анализа селекционных признаков, отобраны в F2 низкорослые растения с эректоидной формой пластинки листьев. | Наведено результати реципрокних схрещувань нового житнього донора суперкороткостеблості еректоїдності Hl-3Hl-3elel з високорослим сортом жита Вятка 2. У першому поколінні гібриди виявилися короткостебловими зі звичайною листковою пластинкою. У другому поколінні встановлено материнський ефект домінування короткостеблості, повне домінування високої кущистості, довгоколосості. Підвищеної кількості зерен у колосі. Маса 100 зерен у колосі становила 22,79 і 29,41% гетерозису відносно кращої батьківської форми. За результатами аналізу генетично-статистичних параметрів селекційних ознак у F2 відібрано рослини з еректоїдною формою листкової пластинки.

It was studied the impact of mineral fertilizers on productivity and grain quality of wheat durum spring. Glassiness of grain, protein and gluten contain increase along with increase of doses of nitrogenous fertilizer. Maximum grain productivity was achieved by mineral fertilizers in combination on autumn fallow N60P60K60. after pea - N90P60K60 | Изучалось влияние минеральных удобрений на урожайность и качество зерна пшеницы твердой яровой. С увеличением доз азотных удобрений (до N120P60K60 ) величивается стекловидность зерна, содержание белка и клейковины в нем. Максимальная урожайность зерна формировалась по черному пару при внесении минеральных удобрений в сочетании N60P60K60, по гороху -  N90P60K60 | Вивчався вплив мінеральних добрив на формування елементів біологічної врожайності та якість зерна. Максимальна врожайність зерна пшениці твердої ярої формується за внесення під передпосівну культивацію по чорному пару мінеральних добрив у співвідношенні N60P60K60, після гороху - N90P60K60 • Зі збільшенням доз азотного добрива маса 1000 зерен та натура зменшуються, а склоподібність, вміст білка та клейковини в зерні збільшуються.

In the article the recommendations of UPOV concerning identifying of varieties of cutting lettuce in the characteristic of steadiness to the powdery mildew (Bremia lactucae Regel) using assessment of the reaction of each specific feature of the famous virulent Dm component or those, which have in their genic structure, at leaset Dm genes, that further the defining of famous and non famous, present or absent Dm genes at the moment of variety identification. The nomenclature system of Dm genes is considered to be international for the description of cutting lettuce varieties Dm genes components. | В статье поданы разъяснения рекомендаций УПОВ по идентификации сортов салата посевного по признаку устойчивости к ложной мучнистой росе (Bremia lactucae Regel) с использованием оценки реакции каждой специфической расы известного йт-компонента(ов) или тех, что содержат в своей структуре, как минимум, Dm-гены, которые позволяют определить известные и неизвестные, присутствующие и отсутствующие Dm- гены во время идентификации сортов. Науково обґрунтовано потенціальну можливу продуктивність досліджуваних сортів в умовах відкритого ґрунту. Проаналізовано вплив технологічних прийомів вирощування на продуктивність рослин, урожайність і якість свіжозібраних головок салату.

Methods of their immunological assessment and determination of potential productivity have been developed too. Authors are recommending to conduct immunological assessment of varieties on their natural background of diseases development and assess potential productivity in conditions of plants chemical protection as this is the element of crop growing technology. | В статье представлены четырехлетние результаты оценки устойчивости около 90 сортов пшеницы озимой при послерегистрационном изучении на фоне химической защиты посевов и без нее на Белоцерковской и Бородянской ГСОС. Усовершенствовалась методика их иммуннологической оценки и определения потенциальной урожайности. Авторы рекомендуют проводить  иммуннологическую оценку сортов на естественном фоне развития основных болезней, а потенциальную продуктивность определять при химической защите растений, как составляющей технологии выращивания культуры. | У статті представлено чотирирічні результати оцінки стійкості близько 90 сортів пшениці озимої за післяреєстраційного вивчення на фоні хімічного захисту посівів і без нього на Білоцерківській (лісостепова зона) і Бородянській ДСДС (поліська зона). Вдосконалювались методики їхньої імунологічної оцінки і визначення потенційної продуктивності. Автори рекомендують проводити імунологічну оцінку сортів на природному фоні розвитку хвороб і визначати потенційну продуктивність за хімічного захисту рослин, як складової технології вирощування культури.
