The article revealed the attempt to open the ways of State food security and the role of State support forming the national varieties resources.

The sorts different by economic-biologic character of unshed seed, breeded in Ukraine and abroad obtained wide spreading in production. Expediency using lugansky or samarsky type of determinant stability to healthy growth. Breeding sorts with tendril type of leaf give the positive results in increase stability of the plants to damping-off. The sorts combining named recessive character with another aconomic-value traits of grain pea made and suggested to production.

This article present the international rules for the protection of new varieties of plants. The requirements to obtain the rights on plant varieties are discussed.

Ability of poly-unsaturated fatty Arachidonic Acid and Micosan bio-fun-gicide with 3% h.c.s.(alkali extract of alkilofraiic glucans mushroom - Fomes fomentarius) to oppress the pathogens' parasitism on the vegetable crops is experimentally proved. There is also studied biological efficacy of fungicides and their tank blends on the cucumber crop.

It was marked out the correlating the feature's groups of sample’s collection of melon with two levels of correlation (r ? 0,50 і r ? 0,75), which give the possibility to assess the samples by one of the feature that facilitates significantly the analysis of information in the collection of the seed-plot.

The expediency of winter wheat varieties examination in the state variety examination is proved at two levels of agricultural backgrounds: at high level - in the presence of intensive agro technologies and at low level, which is typical for majority of producers. Conclusions have been made under the expediency of improvement and making changes to the Guidelines on evaluation of varieties resistance to diseases and crop tillage with a help of retardants.
