Economic Analysis of Agricultural Enterprises in Çanakkale 全文

The aim of this study is to make economic analysis of the production period of 2017-2018 and the results of the annual activity. The data of the research was created as primary and original questionnaires through face-to-face interviews. The sample volume was determined by stratified sampling method. The enterprises are classified according to land size as 1-50, 51-100, 101- +. The questionnaire numbers were distributed proportionally to the producer. The average land size of the enterprises is 125,32 decare in the city. Gross production value (GSÜD) was found to be 191.766.73 TL, gross product (GSH) was 197.041.98 TL, gross profit was 756.73 TL/ha, pure product was 412.23 TL/ha and annual value was 367.77 TL/ha. When the production examined was examined, it was concluded that the history of the analysis in the third groups was told. In addition, economic profitability, financial profitability and financial profitability were reported as 2.57%, 3.27% and 26.22%, respectively.

Ökaryot organizmalardaki simbiyotik bakteriler konukçu organizmalarda çok değişik etkiler gösterebilmektedirler. Moleküler biyoloji ve fonksiyonel genom bilim çalışmalarındaki hızlı ilerlemeler özellikle tarımsal ürünlerde zararlı olan böceklerin endosimbiyontlar ile kurdukları ilişkinin tam olarak aydınlatılmasında büyük önem arz etmektedir. Tarımsal ürünlerdeki önemli zararlılardan birisi de Pirinç biti Sitophilus oryzae (L.)’dir. Çalışma kapsamında Adana, Diyarbakır, Konya, Manisa ve İzmir illerinden S. oryzae popülasyonlarında endosimbiont mikroorganizmalardan Wolbachia, Rickettsia ve Spiroplasma varlıkları incelenmiştir. Rickettsia altı popülasyonun beşinde saptanmış ve enfeksiyon yüzdesinin %55,5 olduğu (popülasyonları temsil eden 36 bireyin 20’sinde) belirlenmiştir. Wolbachia altı popülasyonun dördünde saptanmış ve enfeksiyon yüzdesinin %22,2 olduğu (popülasyonları temsil eden 36 bireyin 8’inde) belirlenmiştir. Spiroplasma ise altı popülasyodan üçünde saptanmış olup enfeksiyon yüzdesi %8,3 olarak (popülasyonları temsil eden 36 bireyin 3’ünde) belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın önemi, Spiroplazma’nın, ilk kez S. oryzae’da tespit edilmiş olmasıdır.

The main objective of selection studies is to select genotypes with superior properties from hybrid combinations. In this study, seedling and first clonal generation stages were carried out with the variation obtained by using hybrid seeds from three different hybrid potato combinations. The research was carried out in cloth greenhouse (seedling generation) and field (first clonal generation) in Tokat/Kazova conditions between 2017 and 2018. In the study, 5500 hybrid true potato seeds were used from three combinations (A3/15×Bafana, T5/4×Bafana, Başçiflik Beyazı×Lady Olympia) created by using five different parents. These hybrid true potato seed were planted in 13x8 vials and then seedlings were transplanted to appropriate sized pots (15×24 cm) when they reached to 10-15 cm length. The hybrid clones obtained from the seedlings were selected according to the breeder preference and the first clonal generation stage was started with the clones (1380 clones) which were suitable to be continued. The plantings were constructed with 70×50 distance in the field conditions. After harvest, each of the 1380 clones was examined separately and 1100 clones were selected as a result of negative selection made by considering the phenotypic characteristics of the tubers.

The first introduction of human being with milk begins with human milk during infancy, continues with very commonly with cow’s milk and may be with other milk types during lifetime. Cow breeding and utilizing its milk in nutrition is widespread in the world. There are particular species common to their area such as donkey, camel, mare, yak and llama have an important share in milk production in the world. Donkey milk has higher serum protein and lower casein content being similar to human milk so regarded as a good and safer alternative for infants suffering from cow’s milk protein allergy. Mare milk is used as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of some metabolic and allergic illnesses. It is generally consumed as fermented product. Llama milk contains higher amounts of calcium and phosphorus than cow's milk. Camel milk has high vitamin and mineral content and has claimed to have medicinal proteins. Its casein micelle size is larger naturally and it has lower amount of κ-casein these cause difficulties in cheese making and affect curd quality. Reindeer milk is an energy dense food with its high fat and high protein content when compared to cow’s milk. Its high protein content could make it suitable for protein supplementation. Its low lactose content makes its consumption possible by lactose intolerance patients. Yak is richer in almost all main nutritional components when compared with cow’s milk. It can be used in cheese, butter making and dried milk products. The objective of this review was to represent the composition of different animal species’ milks; other than cow, buffalo, sheep and goat, their importance in nutrition and technological use.

In this study; Design and production of a fixed testing platform is made for determining characteristics properties of submersible type waste water pumps that requires between 3 - 22 kW energy. Submersible waste water pumps are used for agricultural plants (for transporting liquid animal fertilizer etc.), drain aging of waste water in bridges and underpasses and other industrial applications. Accurate determination of pump performances in pump manufacturing directly affects the improvement and development of R & D activities For this aim, this study was carried out in a firm which operates in Konya industry and produces different types of pumps. The test stand has been designed and manufactured in 3 different lines as DN 80, DN 125 and DN 150 standard pipe diameters according to TS 12599 standard and centrifugal pump design principles. At the end of the pump tests, the system creates the pump characteristic curves and gives the output data to the user.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of different fertilizer doses and drying methods on total phenolic contents and antioxidant activity of organic white tea (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) obtained from Hemşin Valley, region of Rize/Turkey. The determination of phenolic constituents was done by the Folin-Ciocalteau method and the determination of antioxidant activity by the FRAP method. The results showed that the phenolic content of white tea was as follows: 443,7- 506,2 µg GAE/g DW in the drying oven, 421,4- 473,6 µg GAE/g DW in shadow and 434,4- 485,2 µg GAE/g DW in the liofilizator. According to the FRAP method the antioxidant activity was as follows: 1130,1-1176,9 mg FeSO4/gr DW in drying oven, 1141,2-1157,1 mg FeSO4/gr DW in shadow and 1005,3-1183,2 mg FeSO4/gr DW in lyophylizator. The results revealed that different fertilizer doses and drying methods had important effects on the total phenolic content and antioxidant activity of white tea.

In this study, which was performed on an over-grazing pasture in Şanlıurfa under the influence of a dry climate, the effects of different breeding methods such as natural(control), fertilization, insemination, fertilization+insemination+insemination+insemination + release on natural pastures were investigated. In order to increase the yield potential of Natural Pastures in the research area, manure, seedling, fertilization+seedling, fertilization+seedling+version methods were applied on both protected and grazing fields. Using the transect method, key plant species in the region were determined. As a result of the research, according to two-year averages, the highest dry grass yield in grazing area was 47.98 kg/da fertilized seedlings and the lowest yield was 21.40 kg/da natural (control) seedlings. According to two-year averages, the highest dry grass yield in the protected area was obtained from 171.29 kg/da manure, and the lowest value was obtained from 82.77 kg/da natural (control) pasture. According to the results of breeding methods applied in the field of research; in addition to protecting pasture areas, a suitable fertilization is required. In addition, it was concluded that the desired result could be achieved by making a regular grazing according to the rules of grazing amanjman.

Recently nanotechnology has become an integral part of modern biomedical applications. Accordingly, nanoparticles are considered as promising components for the development of innovative tags, probes, biosensors and carrier molecules for drug delivery. Spherical colloidal gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) are prime candidates to be utilized for these purposes due to their useful physical properties. However, in order for the gold nanoparticles to be used in nanomedicine, their biological properties should be extensively studied as well. Therefore, in this paper we chemically synthesized gold nanoparticles and studied their physical and biological characteristics to determine their potential use in medicine. Gold nanoparticles were synthesized by the reduction of chloroauric acid (HAuCl4) solution with sodium citrate. The physical properties of the AuNPs were determined by UV–vis spectrophotometer and Zetasizer readings. The antimicrobial activity of the newly synthesized gold nanoparticles on Escherichia coli, Salmonella infantis, Salmonella kentucky, Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella enteritidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Enterococcus faecalis, Bacillus subtilis and Candida albicans were investigated via disk diffusion method. We found that the AuNPs were monodisperse, stable and not prone to aggregation with an average size of 22.12 nm and an emission band at 522 nm. The disk diffusion tests revealed that the gold nanoparticles did not have a significant growth inhibitory effect on the pathogens tested. In conclusion, here we showed the successful synthesis of gold nanoparticles by a safe and non-toxic method. Furthermore, our evaluation of the antimicrobial activity of these nanoparticles suggests that these molecules could be considered as biologically safe molecules for future medical applications.

Vermicompost production and applications are increasing in our country recently. There are also many commercial products on the market. Vermicompost may act both as soil conditions and organic fertilizer. In addition to the effect of this product on improving the physical properties of the soil; the effect of plant growth on different plants should be studied. In this study conducted for this purpose; commercially produced radish (Raphanus sativus L.) cv. “Cherry Belle” was planted in growing medium mixed with different doses of vermicompost (0 - 2.5 – 5 – 10 %). In order to determine NPK and NPK + Fe. Zn fertilizer needs of the plants, these elements contained fertilizers were applied. According to the pot experiment results, important increases in some element contents and fresh root weights of radish plant were determined with increasing vermicompost applications. The average fresh root weight changed between 47.89-77.70 g pot-1. The average N concentration of in leaves and in roots changed between 3.09-4.69 % and 1.19-2.67 %, respectively. The K of in leaves and in roots changed between 1.27-1.46 % and 1.39-2.13 %, respectively, and the P concentration of in leaves and in roots changed between 0.46-0.50 % and 0.36-0.45 %, respectively. Application of vermicompost had statistically significant effect on growth of radish.

The aim of this study was to compare the effects of biometric properties of Bafra sheep and lambs such as chest depth, chest width, chest circumference, rump height, height at withers, body length and body weight. Relationships were determined by Pearson correlation coefficient and Path analysis. As a result, it has been shown that biometric properties of Bafra sheep and lambs provide different results on live weight estimation. In addition, the relationships between biometric properties were not similar (r = -0.16).
