The in vitro and in vivo experiments were carried out. The best result of fat protection in rapeseed and soya bean meals by using 4 g of formaldehyde per 100 g of feed protein was stated. Protection of dietary fat by caseine-formaldehyde complex caused an increase of linoleic acid content in the milk fat and increase of the fat content in the cow milk
