The young bulls from 4 genetic groups were fattened to the age of 18 months. The significant differences in warm carcass weight between Lowland Black-and-White (LBW) and 1/4 and 3/4 Holstein Friesian (HF) crossbreds have been stated. The highest dressing percentage was found in carcasses of 3/4 HF by the highest lean content. Crossing Polish LBW cattle with HF resulted in obtaining more beef, but of lower value
