From the arable land more than 50 is drainaged. The cost of founded drainage is about 1 millard Estonian kroons (EEK). There is a real danger that these systems can fall out of use in case there are obstacles in carrying out the land reform. It is necessary to create the cultivation of the territory both for social infrastructure and landscape reestablishment in Estonia
