Influence of various enzymes on fermentation process during grasses ensiling
1998
Biro, D. | Juracek, M. (Slovenska Polnohospodarska Univ., Nitra (Slovak Republic))
In the experiment ensiled grass matter was treated by various enzymatic preparations by different combinations of lactogenic bacteria inoculants with enzymes and by formic acid alone. The control variant was untreated grass biomass with lower and higher dry matter content. Appropriate course of fermentation process was found out in all investigated variants. Content of lactic acid was ranging from 52.0 to 75.6 g/kg of dry matter, with acetic acid ranging from 13.6 to 23.3 g/kg of dry matter
