Factors influencing in vitro organogenesis of black currant

The aim of the present investigation was to examine the effect of different factors on the in vitro organogenesis of black currant. Experiment was carried out as a pilot experiment. Explants were grown on WPM basal medium with different concentrations of growth regulators (IBA, BA), and phytagel or agar. Medium containing growth regulators and agar seemed to be the most suitable for explants. The organogenesis of explants in vitro was affected by explant type
