Factors influencing in vitro organogenesis of black currant

The aim of the present investigation was to examine the effect of different factors on the in vitro organogenesis of black currant. Experiment was carried out as a pilot experiment. Explants were grown on WPM basal medium with different concentrations of growth regulators (IBA, BA), and phytagel or agar.
