A special horilka (a Ukrainian vodka), containing aromatic alcohol, sugar syrup and aqueous and alcohol liquid, is distinguished by comprising an aromatic alcohol of a white dessert wine as the aromatic alcohol and also glycerin. Along with the aromatic alcohol the drink is enriched with the following aromatic compounds: 2-hexenal, acetooxybutanal with fresh green tones; beta-ionone, beta-phenylethanol giving a flowery aroma to the drink. The glycerin softens the flavour of the drink. A degustation evaluation of the drink carried out by the Central Degustation Committee of Ukraine is 9.7 scores
