The possibility of the problem decision of macro- and microelements deficiency by manufacturing functional flour food-stuffs. Complex food mineral additives of the Dopinat type are offered as a fortifier. Food additives contain a number of required mineral substances. Possibility of production fortification with mineral matters flour in base additives of the Dopinat was investigated.
