صينى. 采用平板打孔法和改良的试管二倍稀释法分别测定了12种中草药水提物对8种畜禽肠道病原菌的抑菌直径和最小抑菌浓度(MIC).结果表明:12种中草药水提物对8种供试菌既有不同的抑菌谱,又有不同的抑菌效果,抑菌圈的大小与MIC值存在一定的平行关系.其中,对8种畜禽肠道病原菌(大肠杆菌O2、O139、O8、O78、鸡白痢沙门氏菌、猪伤寒沙门氏菌和猪霍乱沙门氏菌)抑菌直径最大的分别为黄芩、乌梅、黄芩、艾叶、乌梅、黄芩、乌梅、乌梅;对上述8种病原菌抑菌效果最好(MIC最小)的分别为五倍子和诃子;五倍子;五倍子和黄芩;石榴皮、五倍子、黄芩、黄连和艾叶;黄芩和黄连;黄芩;石榴皮和五倍子;五倍子和黄芩.[著者文摘]

Plate diluting and the modified two fold dilution methods were used to measure tne bacterial inhibition diameter and minimum inhibitory concentration of 12 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine water extracts against 8 livestock and poultry pathogenic enteral bacteria. The result showed that 12 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines had both different antibacterial spectrum and various bacteriostatic effect to 8 tested microorganism,the size of bacteriostatic circle had certain parallel relationships with minimum inhibitory concentration. Among these bacteriostatic tests, Galla Chinensis and Fructus Chebulae had obvious effect on E. coli O2 (the MIC was 62.5 mg ・ mL. 1) ,Pericarpium Granati,Radix Scutellariae and Radix Astragali took second place (MIC was 125 mg ・ mL. 1) ; Galla Chinensis for E. coli Ola9 came first(MIC was 62.5 mg ・ mL. 1 ), Prunus mume, Radix Scutellariae, Pericarpium Granati, Fructus Chebulae and Folium Artemisiae Argyi took second place(MIC was 125 mg ・ mL. 1) ; Radix Scutellariae and Galla Chinensis had obvious bacteriostatic action against E. coli 08 (MIC was 31.25 mg ・ mL. 1),Pericarpium Granati, Fructus Chebulae and Fructus Mume also had bacteriostatic action (MIC was 125 mg ・ mL. 1) ;Radix Scutellariae,Pericarpium Granati, Galla Chinensis, Rhizoma Coptidis and Folium Artemisiae Argyi had obvious bacteriostatic action for E. coli 078 (MIC was 31.25 mg ・ mL. 1),Fructus Chebulae, Fructus Mume and Radix Astragali took second place (MIC was 62. 5 mg ・ mL. 1) ;Radix Scutellariae, Pericarpium Granati and Rhizoma Coptidis on S. pullorurn were strongest relatively (MIC reached 7.8 mg ・ mL. 1), Galla Chinensis, Terminalia Chebul,Folium Artemisiae Argyi and Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis had significant bacteriostatic effect (MIC was 31.25 mg ・ mL. 1 ), Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei and Herba Portulacae also had clear bacteriostatic action(MIC was 62. 5 mg ・ mL. 1 ) ; Radix Scutellariae had best bacteriostatic effect on S. typhirnuriurn (MIC reached 15. 6 mg ・ mL. 1), Galla Chinensis had clear bacteriostatic action(MIC was 31. 25 mg ・ mL. 1) ,Pericarpium Granati and Fructus Mume also had clear bacteriostatic action(MIC was 62.5 mg ・ mL. 1) ;Punica granatum L. and Galla Chinensis water extracts on S. typhisuis had significant bacterio- static effect (MIC was 31.25 mg ・ mL. 1) ,Fructus Mume and Radix Scutellariae comes second (MIC was 62. 5 mg ・ mL. 1 ) ; Radix Scutellariae and Galla Chinensis had obvious bacteriosmg ・ mL. 1), Fruetus Mume, Pericarpium Granati and Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei also had significant bacteriostatie effect(MIC was 62. 5 mg ・ mL. 1).
