A comparative study of the content of bioflavonoids in the flowers of oil-bearing roses from the collection of the Rose Institute was done. It was found that the contents of flavonols as quercetin varies 9 – 29 mg/g. High levels of indicators are reported in samples Ispahan and Coralie (the group of Damask roses) and Raduga (hybrid form with parental Rosa damascena Mill.)
