Esta pesquisa foi conduzida com o objetivo de avaliar o efeito de idade de abate sobre o peso corporal (PC), peso (PCR) e rendimento de carcaça resfriada (RCR), peso (PPR) e rendimento de peito resfriado (RPR) e peso (PCXSR) e rendimento de coxa e sobrecoxa resfriadas (RCXSR) de machos de codornas japonesas. Oitenta codornas com 21 dias de idade foram alojadas em oito boxes.
