صينى. ［目的］研究滇牡丹、紫斑牡丹胚乳中氮磷的含量。［方法］分别采用直接吸光光度法、靛酚蓝比色法、过硫酸钾氧化吸光光度法测定了滇牡丹、紫斑牡丹胚乳中氨态氮、硝态氮和总氮的含量，采用硫酸-钼酸铵抗坏血酸还原法测定了滇牡丹、紫斑牡丹胚乳中磷的含量。［结果］滇牡丹和紫斑牡丹胚乳中氮的主要存在形式是氨态氮，硝态氮含量较少；紫斑牡丹胚乳中氨态氮、硝态氮、总氮及磷的含量均高于滇牡丹。［结论］在牡丹组织培养中，该研究结果可为培养基中氮磷的调节与准确定量提供理论依据。
اظهر المزيد [+] اقل [-]إنجليزي. ［Objective］ The content of nitrogen and phosphorus in the endosperm of Paeonia delavayi and Paeonia rockii were studied. ［Method］ The content of ammoniacal nitrogen (NH+4-N), nitrate nitrogen (NO3-N) and total nitrogen (TN) in the endosperm of Paeonia delavayi and Paeonia rockii were determined by means of direct spectropkotometric, indophenol-blue colorimetry and potassium persulfate spectrophotometry, and the content of phosphorus in the endosperm of Paeonia delavayi and Paeonia rockii were measured by sulfate-ammonium molybdate ascorbic acid reduction. ［Result］ There was more ammoniacal nitrogen and fewer nitrate nitrogen in the endosperm of Paeonia delavayi and Paeonia rockii; the content of NH+4-N, NO3-N, TN and total phosphorus in the endosperm of Paeonia rockii were higher than these in the endosperm of Paeonia delavayi. ［Conclusion］ In the tissue culture of peony, our study could provide theoretical basis for the adjustment and accurate quantification of nitrogen phosphorus in the medium. _
