中国人. [目的]研究滇牡丹、紫斑牡丹胚乳中氮磷的含量。[方法]分别采用直接吸光光度法、靛酚蓝比色法、过硫酸钾氧化吸光光度法测定了滇牡丹、紫斑牡丹胚乳中氨态氮、硝态氮和总氮的含量,采用硫酸-钼酸铵抗坏血酸还原法测定了滇牡丹、紫斑牡丹胚乳中磷的含量。[结果]滇牡丹和紫斑牡丹胚乳中氮的主要存在形式是氨态氮,硝态氮含量较少;紫斑牡丹胚乳中氨态氮、硝态氮、总氮及磷的含量均高于滇牡丹。[结论]在牡丹组织培养中,该研究结果可为培养基中氮磷的调节与准确定量提供理论依据。
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. [Objective] The content of nitrogen and phosphorus in the endosperm of Paeonia delavayi and Paeonia rockii were studied. [Method] The content of ammoniacal nitrogen (NH+4-N), nitrate nitrogen (NO3-N) and total nitrogen (TN) in the endosperm of Paeonia delavayi and Paeonia rockii were determined by means of direct spectropkotometric, indophenol-blue colorimetry and potassium persulfate spectrophotometry, and the content of phosphorus in the endosperm of Paeonia delavayi and Paeonia rockii were measured by sulfate-ammonium molybdate ascorbic acid reduction. [Result] There was more ammoniacal nitrogen and fewer nitrate nitrogen in the endosperm of Paeonia delavayi and Paeonia rockii; the content of NH+4-N, NO3-N, TN and total phosphorus in the endosperm of Paeonia rockii were higher than these in the endosperm of Paeonia delavayi. [Conclusion] In the tissue culture of peony, our study could provide theoretical basis for the adjustment and accurate quantification of nitrogen phosphorus in the medium. _
