صينى. ［目的］建立黄灯笼辣椒的高效液相色谱特征图谱，为科学评价和有效控制海南黄灯笼辣椒提供新方法。［方法］收集6个产地2个季节的黄灯笼辣椒，采用高效液相色谱测定其特征图谱。色谱条件：十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，检测波长281 nm，以甲醇-水-磷酸（70.0∶30.0∶0.1）为流动相，流动速度1.0 ml/min。［结果］初步建立了黄灯笼辣椒的高效液相色谱特征图谱。［结论］高效液相色谱特征图谱重现性好，可作为黄灯笼辣椒的一项质控指标。_

And their fingerprints were examined by high-performance liquid chromatography. Chromatography conditions: HPLC was performed on C18 column with methanol-water-phosphoric acid (70∶30∶0.1) as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 281 nm.［Result］The HPLC specific chromatogram of Hainan _Capsicum chinense_ Jacq. was established preliminarily.［Conclusion］HPLC specific chromatogram method was repeatable and could be used in quality assessment of Hainan _Capsicum chinense_ Jacq._
