Calculation of the PCB content in fish samples

This report will show different results on the basis of two different homogenized fish samples caught in the same area. The factors influencing the results are the calculation procedure used and the gaschromatographic conditions. This will be elucidated with samples from the Joint Monitoring Programme. Also a method which, in principle, will overcome these problems will be proposed.
