إنجليزي. Sensitivity and efficiency of a new rapid test based on immunomagnetic bead technology (ListerTest) were evaluated. In the present study, the ListerTest was compared with the most probable number method for Listeria enumeration in a range of experimentally and naturally contaminated meat and meat product samples. The ListerTest gave the results within 30 hours, while 4-10 days were required when the MPN method was used. A good correlation was obtained between the results of the two methods
اظهر المزيد [+] اقل [-]إيطالي. Per il conteggio della Listeria sono state valutate la sensibilita' e la specificita' di un nuovo metodo rapido, ListerTest, che impiega particelle immunomagnetiche. Nel presente studio il metodo immunomagnetico e' stato confrontato con il metodo di conteggio convenzionale most probable number (MPN); sono stati analizzati campioni carnei artificialmente e naturalmente contaminati. Con il ListerTest i risultati si avevano in 30 ore mentre con il sistema MPN occorrevano dai 4 ai 10 giorni. Il confronto ha evidenziato una buona correlazione tra i risultati ottenuti con i due metodi
