The Lesotho Agricultural College has for some time been offering aspects of agroforestry in its diploma in agriculture programme. However these were introduced without analysis of the existing curriculum vis-a-vis the agroforestry education needs. This workshop was a step in the process of integrating the required competencies for agroforestry training into the diploma curriculum. The process is based on identifying possible employment opportunities and analyzing the existing curriculum
