Influence of harvest time on glycoalcaloid content in early potato tubers [Solanum tuberosum L.]

إنجليزي. Harvest time didn't influence relative ratio between alpha-solanine and alpha-chaconine, that was about 1:2 in each harvest. Glycoalcaloid (GA) content in the tuber flesh resulted about 30 and 20% of the total in tubers with diameter class a = 20-40 mm and b 40 mm, respectively. In the tubers of class a, available only in the first two harvests, the level of 107 mg kg*[-1) fresh weight (f.w.) of total GA remained constant between the first and the second harvest; in the tubers of class b, it lowered by about 40% within seven days, from 79 to 48 mg kg*[-1) f.w. in the first and the second harvest, respectively. Moreover, in the class b tubers, the GA content has been actually constant to the last harvest, in which reached 44 mg kg*[-1) f.w

Inoltre, nei tuberi di classe b, il contenuto di GA e' risultato effettivamente costante fino all'ultima raccolta, in cui ha raggiunto i 44 mg kg*[-1) di p.f.]
