El presente proyecto busca formular el Programa de Uso eficiente y Ahorro del Agua del sistema de acueducto rural "Asociación de Suscriptores sector Varguitas y Centro" del municipio de Paipa a partir de la elaboración de un diagnostico en 4 componentes principales del prestador: 1. Institucional 2. Técnico 3. Ambiental 4. Social. De esta manera, identificar las fortalezas y falencias presentes en el sistema de acueducto y así formular estrategias que contribuyan al uso sostenible del recurso hídrico en marco de la nacional Ley 373 de 1997.
