El presente proyecto busca formular el Programa de Uso eficiente y Ahorro del Agua del sistema de acueducto rural "Asociación de Suscriptores sector Varguitas y Centro" del municipio de Paipa a partir de la elaboración de un diagnostico en 4 componentes principales del prestador: 1. Institucional 2. Técnico 3. Ambiental 4. Social. De esta manera, identificar las fortalezas y falencias presentes en el sistema de acueducto y así formular estrategias que contribuyan al uso sostenible del recurso hídrico en marco de la nacional Ley 373 de 1997.

Institutional 2. Technical 3. Environmental 4. Social. In this way, identify the strengths and weaknesses present in the aqueduct system and thus formulate strategies that contribute to the sustainable use of the water resource within the framework of the national Law 373 of 1997.
