This doctoral dissertation was prepared at Kaunas University of Technology, Faculty of Chemical Technology, Department of Food Science and Technology and at Estonian University of Life Sciences, Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences, Chair of Food Science and Technology during the period of 2018–2023.
