Vegetative regulation of the content of omega-6 fatty acids in the body of goats | Вегетативна регуляція вмісту омега-6 жирних кислот в організмі кіз

إنجليزي. The correction of lipid metabolism to increase the productivity of goats is essential due to the established interdependence of lipid levels in the body and milk production. The research was carried out on Zaanensky goats; the experimental groups were formed by means of a variation-pulseometric study with the establishment of the tone of the autonomic nervous system and the division of animals into three experimental groups: sympathotonics, vagotonics, and normotonics. According to the results of chromatographic studies, it was found that the content of linoleic fatty acid in the experimental group of goats with a predominance of the parasympathetic nervous system was 17.1 % lower (P < 0.001) compared to normotonics. The content of cis-8,11,14-eicosatrienoic fatty acid in the experimental group of goats with a predominance of the sympathetic nervous system was 1.7 times higher (P < 0.05), and in goats with a predominance of the parasympathetic nervous system, it was 2.3 times higher (P < 0.001) compared to the experimental group of normotonics. The content of arachidonic fatty acid in the experimental group of goats with a predominance of the sympathetic nervous system was 15.7 % higher (P < 0.001), and in goats with a predominance of the parasympathetic nervous system, the content of arachidonic fatty acid was 17.9 % lower (P < 0.001) compared to the experimental group of normotonics. The obtained indicators reflect the different activities of the autonomic nervous system. Therefore, taking into account these individual characteristics of the goat organism will improve the development of food additives for the correction of fatty acid composition and increase the reliability of the results. Further prospects for the study are to develop feed additives for the correction of lipid metabolism, taking into account the tone of the autonomic nervous system.

الأوكرانية. Корекція ліпідного обміну для підвищення продуктивності кіз має суттєве значення за рахунок встановлення взаємозалежності рівня ліпідів у організмі та молочної продуктивності. Дослідження виконувалися на козах породи Зааненська, дослідні групи формувалися завдяки варіаційно-пульсометричному дослідженню із встановленням тонусу автономної нервової системи та розподілу тварин на три дослідні групи: симпатотоніки, ваготоніки, нормотоніки. За результатами хроматографічного дослідження встановлено, що вміст лінолевої жирної кислоти у дослідної групи кіз з перевагою впливу парасимпатичної нервової системи був меншим на 17,1 % (Р < 0,001) порівняно з нормотоніками. Вміст ціс-8,11,14-ейкозатрієнової жирної кислоти у дослідної групи кіз з перевагою впливу симпатичної нервової системи був більшим у 1,7 раза (Р < 0,05), а у кіз з перевагою впливу парасимпатичної нервової системи був більшим у 2,3 раза (Р < 0,001) щодо дослідної групи нормотоніків. Вміст арахідонової жирної кислоти у дослідної групи кіз з перевагою впливу симпатичної нервової системи був більшим на 15,7 % (Р < 0,001), а у кіз з перевагою впливу парасимпатичної нервової системи вміст арахідонової жирної кислоти був меншим на 17,9 % (Р < 0,001) щодо дослідної групи нормотоніків. Отримані показники відображають різну активність відділів автономної нервової системи. Тому врахування даних індивідуальних особливостей організму кіз поліпшить розробку харчових добавок для корекції жирнокислотного складу та підвищить достовірність отриманих результатів. Подальші перспективи дослідження полягають у розробці кормових добавок для корекції ліпідного обміну з урахування тонусу автономної нервової системи.
