The physical and biological properties of a produced in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus nonspecific blood serum of animals according to an improve technology corresponded to all necessary standards. The prophylactic efficiency of nonspecific blood serum of animals was 80%, that was on 10% higher than serum of convalescents. Therapeutic effectiveness of nonspecific blood serum was 90%, that was on 8% higher than serum of convalescents

It was established that in blood serum of pigs vaccinated against leptospirosis there was an authentic increasing of alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase and gamma-glutamyltransferase that made proved the presence of residual reactogenicity of biological preparations. In course of the experiment there were used 4 groups of swine which were administrated with 4 types of vaccines: 1. polyvalent vaccine produced in Belarus; 2. experimental thiosulfate vaccine in which there was used 30% sodium solution; 3. experimental emulsified vaccine; experimental emulsified + sodium + thiosulfate vaccine.

The research directed on perfection of a cattle protein food system, taking into account its fractional structure, and also establishment of objective indicators of an estimation of forage protein nutrient density, have great value. It is established, that for young growth of cattle of 4-6 months of age the optimum parity of decomposable and un-decomposable protein in rations corresponds to size 68:32, allowed to raise digestibility of nutrients on 3-4%, nitrogen adjournment in an organism of animals on 10% and daily average a gain on 4% in comparison with parity 80:20. The optimum parity of fractional structure of protein makes positive impact on oxidation-reduction processes in organism to what testifies morphological-biochemical structure of blood. Thus concentration of crude protein raises on 1,7%, urea quantity decreases on 23%. The least cost price of a gain has appeared in group with a parity of decomposable and un-decomposable protein in rations 68:32, or it is better on 4,4% than an indicator of group with a parity 80:20%

Nowadays in connection with an interdiction for antibiotics use in animal feeding it is very actual to work out and apply new forms of probiotic preparations which should be as ecologically safe and harmless both to people and animal products. Probiotics make it possible to improve the digestibility of nutritive substances of forages, normalize metabolism, enrich with biologically active substances that promotes the increasing of their productivity. In the Republic of Belarus the probiotics are produced in the obviously insufficient quantity that creates problems of young stock livability. Influence of application of Akozil and Sublicin probiotics in diets of suckling calves on biochemical parameters of blood serum was analysed. It was stated that use of the analysed probiotics made it possible to decrease the level of urea and total cholesterol, to increase of the total protein content in blood serum of the experimental calves. There was noted the increasing of glucose level in blood serum of calves fed with Akozil. There was marked the tendency of more optimal level of calcium and phosphorus in calves having Sublicin in their diets. The obtained results testified the normalization of metabolic processes taking place in calves which were fed by the mentioned above probiotics

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied the pathology and biology of cattle capillariasis. Capillariosis invasion rendered a substantial invasion on blood morphological composition which was revealed in lowering of erythrocytes and hematoglobulin, as well as in increasing of leukocytes quantity. There was noted the lowering of the natural resistance and immune reactivity. There were stated substantial deviations in protein metabolism which was expressed in lowering of total protein, quantity of albumins, changing of albumin and globulin coefficient, increasing of globulins. In the conditions of blood biochemical analysis of infesrated animals there was stated a disorder of vitamin and mineral metabolism; increasing of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase enzymes activity. Development of Capillaria bovis was realized in a direct line. In the natural habitat development of Capillaria bovis eggs varied from two up to three months.

Influence of inorganic and organic salts of lithium on activity of amplifiers and concentration of metabolites in plasma of chicken blood in the process of vaccination against infectious bursal disease was studied in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. After administration of lithium of citrate, sulfate and succinate there were noted the metabolic disorders. Research results testified that a dry live-viral vaccine on the basis of a strain KMIEhV-61 did not render essential influence on biochemical indicators of blood plasma. At the same time, immunization of chickens against application of salts of lithium (carbonate, sulphate, citrate, succinate) caused to authentic decrease in activity of alanine aminotransferase that testified to function oppression of hepatocytes. Application of lithium of citrate, sulfate and succinate made it possible to considerably increase the concentration of uric acid that was connected, apparently, with infringement of secretory function of kidneys. Metabolic disorders were observed in various terms of research - at 3, 7 and 14 days after vaccine administration. | Изучено влияние неорганических и органических солей лития на активность индикаторных ферментов и концентрацию метаболитов в плазме крови цыплят при вакцинации против инфекционной бурсальной болезни (ИББ). Выявлены метаболические нарушения при использовании лития цитрата, сульфата и сукцината. Полученные результаты исследований свидетельствуют о том, что сухая живая вирус-вакцина из штамма КМИЭВ-61 не оказывает существенного влияния на биохимические показатели плазмы крови. В то же время иммунизация цыплят на фоне применения солей лития (карбонат, сульфат, цитрат, сукцинат) приводит к достоверному снижению активности АлТ, что свидетельствует об угнетении функции гепатоцитов. Применение лития цитрата, сульфата и сукцината способствует также достоверному повышению концентрации мочевой кислоты, что связано, по-видимому, с нарушением выделительной функции почек. Метаболические нарушения наблюдаются в различные сроки исследований - на 3, 7 и 14 дни после введения вакцины.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized a comparative studying of immune reactivity of broiler chickens immunized against Marek's disease by means of vaccines of Russian production. In course of the study it was established, that in broiler chickens vaccinated against Marek's disease (by means of cultural dry viral vaccine on the basis a virus of herpes of turkeys FS-126 and by liquid bivalent cultural virus vaccine Bimarek on the basis of strains of a herpes virus of turkeys and a herpes virus of hens) the revealed morphological changes in immune system organs of did not essentially differ and testified to the development of intense postvaccinal immunity. Economic efficiency of immunization of broiler chicken against Marek's disease under production conditions made 4,87 and 2,94 Belarusian roubles per 1 rouble of expenses, respectively. | Целью исследования явилось сравнительное изучение иммунной реактивности организма цыплят-бройлеров, иммунизированных против болезни Марека вакцинами российского производства. В ходе исследований установлено, что у цыплят-бройлеров, вакцинированных против болезни Марека культуральной сухой вирусвакциной из вируса герпеса индеек ФС-126 и жидкой бивалентной культуральной вирусвакциной Бимарек из штаммов вируса герпеса индеек и вируса герпеса кур выявленные морфологические изменения в органах иммунной системы существенно не отличаются и свидетельствуют о выработке напряженного поствакцинального иммунитета. Экономическая эффективность иммунизации цыплят против болезни Марека в производственных условиях составляет 4,87 и 2,94 рубля на 1 рубль затрат соответственно.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied the activity of hepatic specific enzymes of blood serum of bull calves of black-and-white breed in course of application of various doses of zinc-containing preparations. Application of zinc-containing preparations led to multidirectional change of activity of hepatic specific serum enzymes. Application of Zinkovet preparation in dose of 1,8 g/100 kg of live weight made it possible to essentially grade the indexes of hepatic tissue affect. In the experimental group at animals there was marked the lowering in activity alanine-aminotransferase, serum glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase. At the same time, there was noted the increasing of zinc-containing enzymes activity (sorbitol dehydrogenase and glutamate dehydrogenase). All these processes were caused by zinc inclusion into the metabolic process.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied the nonspecific resistance of lambs of Latvian Black Face breed during the colostrum and milk fed period of their growth development. In course of the experiment there were used 10 newborn lambs. Analysis of resistance was realized in accordance with a scheme: before colostral milk sucking; in 6, 12, 24 hours; in 3, 7, 14, 21 days; in 1, 2 and 3 months after birth. In lambs during the colostrum and milk fed period of growth there were marked two critical periods, which were characterized by low indicators of resistance: before colostral milk uptake and at 7-21 day-old age. Increasing of leukocytes, bactericidal, lysozymic activity of blood serum, phagocytal activity of leukocytes, crude protein and antibodies in the first days of lamb life took place due to their entrance in blood with colostral milk, just because at this time the intestines wall possessed ability to transit in native condition the antibodies, enzymes, and leukocytes. At 7-21 day-old age in connection with reduction of these factors quantity of in colostral milk, and also due to reduction of intestines capacity, their was stated that their entrance in blood of newborn lambs decreased, but at 3 month old age of lambs there were stated to form internal protective factors of resistance because of which their quantity in blood started to increase.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied a state of lipid peroxidation, antioxidant protection and activity of hepatospecific enzymes of blood plasma of piglets. Research results showed that weanling piglets which had low body weight in the conditions of industrial breeding technology were characterized by high intensity of processes of lipid peroxidation. At the same time, the antioxidant system reacted adequately to the mentioned above changes. There was noted a high dependence between the content of Schiff's bases which were the end-products of lipid peroxidation processes, and the activity display of amplifier hepatospecific enzymes of blood plasma of weanling piglets. The received results of research can be used for estimation of a condition of prooxidant and antioxidant status, and in a complex with data on activity of sorbitol dehydrogenases, isocitratdehydrogenases and glutamatedehydrogenases - for an estimation of a functional state of a liver of weanling piglets with low body weight at an initial stage of their breeding.
