Russian. В работе рассматривается возможность использования тонкодисперсного порошка из плодовых тел шампиньона двуспорового в производстве макаронных изделий с целью повышения пищевой ценности. Рекомендовано при производстве макаронных изделий применять тонкодисперсный порошок из плодовых тел шампиньона двуспорового в количестве 0,5…1,5% от массы муки.
