The thesis deals with developing advanced apparatuses for cooling and freezing alcohol-free beverages and soft ice-creams. Algorythms of computing the energy-saving and ecologically pure freezing apparatuses are substantiated. Data are reported on rational parameters of the apparatuses. Their engineering samples are approbated under production conditions
