Chinese. 为研究和厚朴酚延缓小鼠的衰老作用,采用抗应激~耐缺氧、负重游泳试验观察小鼠的耐缺氧和游泳时间;检测小鼠正常组织在自氧化和半胱氨酸一硫酸亚铁激发氧化时MDA的生成量。结果表明:高剂量10.00mg](kg・d)与低剂量2.00mg/(kg・d)组的和厚朴酚均能提高小鼠的耐缺氧能力(P〈0.01),极显著延长小鼠游泳时间(P〈0.01);高剂量组(1.12×10. 3mol/L)和厚朴酚能够明显抑制小鼠心、脑、肝匀浆的体外过氧化脂质氧化产物的生成(P〈0.01),并据此说明和厚朴酚可调节小鼠机体对应激刺激的反应能力,增强机体耐受力,抑制脂质过氧化作用,从而达到延缓衰老的目的。[著者文摘]
Show more [+] Less [-]English. This paper tested the time of tolerant hypoxia and swimming of mice, examined the MDA content to identify the oxidation level. The results showed two dose 2.00 mg/(kg・ d), 10.00 mg/ (kg・ d) of honokiol could obviously prolong the survival time ( P 〈 0.01 ) and the swimming time of mice (P〈0.01). The high dose (1.12 ×10. 3 mol/L) of honokiol could reduce the MDA content in homogenated heart, brain and liver (P 〈 0.01). All experiment results mentioned above show honokiol can regulate the reaction ability of stress, increase the tolerance and inhibit effect on lipid peroxide, thus achieving desirable antiaging effects.
