German. Kuemmeloel (0.1, 0.2%) und Nelkenoel (0.1, 0.2%) waren in der Lage, 18% feuchte Gerste ohne Naehrstoffverluste, Pilzbefall und Ochratoxinbildung zu konservieren. Die Verwendung von 50% gewuerzoelkonservierter Gerste (jeweils 0.2% Zimtoel bzw. Oreganooel) zur Herstellung von Mischfutter verringerte nicht die Tageszunahmen im Mastabschnitt 40-70 kg von Schweinen. Die Futterverwertung war um 4-5% besser.
