Oft werden sie auf Schlachtvieh- und Fleischmarkten - und sicherlich auch woanders - zu unkritisch ubernommen. Dabei macht es durchaus Sinn, vor der Analyse zunachst die Qualitat des vorliegenden Datenmaterials zu hinterfragen. In dem Beitrag soll hierzu auf einige wesentliche Gesichtspunkte hingewiesen werden.
