There are many factors affecting yield and quality in rose farming. One of the significant factors affecting on oil quantity is harvesting hours during the day and postharvest waiting times. In this study it was investigated the effects of the harvest hours (05.00, 07.00, 09.00, 11.00, 13.00, 15.00, 17.00, 19.00, 23.00) and waiting times (1, 7 and 14 hours) during the day of Rosa damacena Mill. used in obtaining rose oil and growing very common in Lake District on the quantity of oil of roses
