This study was conducted during 2007-2008 in greenhouse conditions according to randomized block parcel design with four replicates and six characters in the organic agriculture greenhouses of Horticulture Department, Agricultural Faculty, Ege University. The main material of experiment consisted of the individuals of root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne spp.) at different age found in the soils from the organic agriculture greenhouses, tomato plants of Gökçe cv grafted on Beaufort or nongrafted, the leaves and fruits of Ricinus communis L. (Euphorbiaceae) (castor oil plant), whole plants of Brassica olerace var. italica L. (Cruciferae) (broccoli) and Tagetes erecta L. (Asteraceae) (American marigold) plants.

(Euphorbiaceae) (hint yaı) bitkisinin yaprakları ve meyveleri, Brassica olerace var. italica L. (Curciferae) (brokoli) bitkisinin kök ve toprak üstü kısımları ve Tagetes erecta L. (Asteraceae) (kadife çiçei) bitkileri oluturmutur.
