The paper presents new technologies of corn processing with those have started the time of fast development and expansion of this industry in the World. Today, in World economy, corn isn't considered like energy component in animal feed, but more like raw material in food and chemical industry. The new technologies of corn processing, the application of starch products and decrease of ecological risk are given in this paper. The new technologies of corn processing in the concept of precise technology processes, biotechnology processes and modern equipment realise all demands of technology for 21 century in economical, profitability and in environmental protection
