A new flavonol glycoside, quercetin-3O-fructoside, has been isolated and identified in leaves of Vitis vinifera L., cvs. Airen and Cencibel, by chromatographic and spectrophotometric methods. The occurrence of this compound in vegetables has not been reported up to date, according to the reviewed literature
