Production of raw Pyocyanin from Ps. aeruginosa and the possibility of using it as antiseptic in the field of food industries (in Iraq)

In this study we produced Pyocyanin from local bacterial cultures of Ps. aeruginosa and compared the product with that produced abroad and we find out the following results: The separate local cultures were generally good in producing this antibiotic. It was found out that the best temperature for production differs according to different trains mostly ranging from 30-37 deg C
