Processing time of cucumber jar was short in the order of method 1:19 min, method 2:13 min, method 3:12 min and that of pork jar was method 1:147 min, method 3:125 min, method 2:123 min. Total heat treatment time and total working hours were affected by the number of jars manufactured in cucumber was method 2 when less than two manufactured jars and method 1 when more than two. In pork jars, method 2 was always the most efficient one
