The results obtained indicate an occurrence of slight differences in the content of total protein, casein and fat in the milk of pure breed and crossbred cows. The occurrence of 2 genetic variants within beta-lactoglobulin and a polymorphism of alpha sub(1s)-, beta- and gamma-caseins in milk was observed
